Look elsewhere for good quality

Every Christmas card of the ones I ordered look like it was scratched up in multiple areas consistently on each card perhaps from a printer Pictures not as clear as expected considering the high resolution we used for the pictures Won t be ordering from here again

Issue Resolved

We ordered cards and when they arrived we were short the envelopes Upon review we made a mistake and clicked the no envelope box When contacting your company you were unable to supply us with just the envelopes but gave us a 20 credit Greatly appreciated

Not a satisfied customer

The ordering process was seamless and my order arrived in the specified time the photo book is of good quality However I specifically asked about spiral bound options as my photo book was going to be about 200 pages I was assured that all of the photo books were made to lay flat so spiral binding was not needed However when the book arrived it was not lay flat at all So I had to take it to the local Staples and have it spiral bound costing me an additional 20 00 for a book that already cost over 200 and losing some of the front cover photo Needless to say I am not a satisfied customer

Christmas cards vs post cards

I was sent an email inviting me to order Christmas cards at a great sale price I clicked on the link and ordered Christmas cards and I received rack post cards I feel deceived A Christmas card should have a fold

I haven t received my cards The app says they were returned I never even received them in the first place I can t find any spot on your app to let you know about this problem

I have only received half of my order and what I received was of lower quality than last year

The estimated delivery date was Nov 24-28 However it s already Dec 1 and it s still in transit I need it urgently for Christmas mail out and it s too late

One of my pictures was not centered and

One of my pictures was not centered and the head was cut off my mistake and one of the other pictures was blurry It was a lot of money for cards we don t love I don t think I d use them again as I want to be able to preview my order more carefully for quality before buying it

The pictures are quite blurry compared

The pictures are quite blurry compared to what they ve been before The card does not look the way it shows us on our phone the pictures look clearer and the name is spaced out like it wasn t supposed to We ve had very good experiences before but not this time

Missing order

I ordered some large items and have been waiting for them My shipping status states the items in my order were delivered however I did NOT receive them I spent a lot of money on this order and have become frustrated with the online chat which is useless and not helping These items were Christmas gifts and I m currently out a lot of money and have no gifts to send
