I purchased a bracelet from the company not even a month the clasp broke I tried reaching out to the company however they stated it was normal wear and tear They didn t even try to help Their products are kinda pricey but I thought they would do right UpdateI was contacted by Kadir a day after my review He listened to my complaint and understood my frustration I was told to send the product back and I would have the product returned fixed I love seeing companies take care of their buyers because we trust them to do right by us I am happy to change my review now after my experience I can only hope companies look for long term relationships and not just a quick sale
