Carefull with prices

Some of the items for sale on the website were advertised for free when ordered they tried to charge items were a long time coming and the postage was overpriced However the one item that I paid full price for did fit well

Fake stock

I ordered two bra s which were difficult to find They were supposed in stock at Ouh La La Except that they were not One they ordered from elsewhere without consulting me The other is was refunded but of course now I had to pay the cost of sending which would otherwise have been free I wrote to them asking them to cancel the whole order but they did not respond I will never order from this company again They show stock which they do not have and cannot get and so misled me costing me time and money

Ouh la la cancel my order because it was on sale they gave me reason not in stock and I found out same day they put price up and it was on stock I don t trust at all

Item purchased had to follow up my order 10days later only to find it had been out of stock Delivery was extremely slow not delivery until 3 days after the original delivery date Massively disappointed as purchased it for a special occasion

Very disappointing

Very disappointing I ordered a bra which was showing available to buy but which was clearly not in stock This was not mentioned at the point of ordering I paid extra for express delivery but it was only when I asked where my delivery was I was told they had to order the item from France It took weeks to arrive I think this is unacceptable

Had to chase items after three weeks of payment

Twice I have had the same issue with this company They take your money I waited three weeks Nothing arrived Rang to be told that the items that I ordered which said in stock were not actually in stock but on their way I cancelled as it s very poor customer service to do this and not inform the buyer keeping them hanging on and probably hoping they will forget they purchased and paid

I placed an order and received the wrong item and was told that what I received was what I ordered but it looked nothing like the picture It is also the only bra I wear and I know what I should have received I had also placed an order with them before and they do not state on the website they order straight from the supplier for some brands which meant I waited more than 2 weeks and in the end I had to cancel I also returned the firsts bra and have not had confirmation or the return or the money Will not be ordering from Ouh La la again

the item does not fit and the cost of the return is so expensive It would cost almost 50 00 to return a one hundred dollar item I will never but again from ouh lala

This is my second attempt at ordering a bikini The first time I gave up and had a refund as the delivery took so long several weeks I have tried again some weeks ago and again have been told delivery may or may not be in time for my holiday in mid January My bikini is coming from France The timeline is unworkable

I still haven t received my item

I still haven t received my item as of yet order was placed before the 10th September I have had to keep contacting to be told issue is with the product brand I have continued to remain patient as I would like the item however my wedding has already now taken place and it was a garter which I had purchased
