0 germination rate - NOT a novice

I ordered 1000 Creeping Thyme Magic Carpet The seeds arrived quickly which was the only positive However it has been more than two weeks and not a single seed has germinated Not one I have a green thumb and this is not my first time growing plants from seed On the contrary all of the seed packs I picked up from the local dollar store germinated Go figure Also OutsidePride doesn t guarantee germination - I learned about their policy AFTER the fact Don t waste your time or money

They sent me weeds

I bought 3 packs of different flowers to winter sow and ended up with several dozen cartons full of weeds in the spring These weren t weeds that spread from my yard or that I ve found growing anywhere nearby These were weeds commonly found in Oregon They made it all the way to Michigan because Outside Pride sent me 3 packs of weed seeds

Stay away No quality control

No quality control Bought seeds and they were a different species entirely Also emailed company multiple times with no response Poorly run business-stay away

BUYER BEWARE Never buy from this company Quality of seeds poor weeds everything but what I ordered and customer service is non-existent and does not respond at all when you want to return what you ve bought Requested return for seeds purchased in May 2020 sent email and mail requested as the website directs all throughout July August 2020 Crickets no response to date October 23 2020

I ll Never Buy From Here Again

I purchased ground cover seeds I chose the higher seed count which ran about 8 I then paid 3 50 in shipping for these seeds You can imagine my surprise when the seed arrived in a small flat envelope The ground cover seed packet was the same size as one you d buy at a grocery store for marigolds Why this tiny seed packet required over 3 to ship is beyond me A regular envelope with a first-class stamp would have sufficed I will never shop for seed here again Total ripoff

Non existent customer service

I ordered 200 seeds of viola freckles cause I was going to use them as ground cover I started them indoors and followed the instructions to a T I even separated the tiny things into by 4s cause it said each 3-4 for 1 plant After 6 weeks not a single thing had grown Not one After some research I found out that they have to be cold stratified Nothing online or on the packet said anything about that I emailed customer support no response Their phone number is only for sales they don t want to talk about customer issues Terrible company find what you re looking for somewhere else

BEWARE Outsidepride does not have reliable planting information on their site We ordered perennial flowers that the website said are direct sow and easy to grow After receiving the seeds and looking more closely at planting directions we realized all of the seeds we ordered need cold stratification and are very hard to establish Granted we should have done our research before ordering but Outsidepride should be honest They did not respond to an email about our order Bummer
