Ovh is not anymore like 5 years ago the support chat don t know how to talk the services in special dedicated servers no working the ips from the server was on blacklist I don t reccomend ovh anymore

Worst quality VPS I have ever bought Every 24 hours the vps goes offline for no reason I asked for help to fix the problem or replace the vps or refund my money but none of them accepted Advice to anyone who sees this review of mine never buy anything from ovh and don t lost your money

We re in a critical situation this is an EMERGENCY Our Sharepoint NOT-hosted with OVH has been inaccessible since last wednesday our person was overseas in a remote location and call OVH on Thursday when he contacted OVH there was no assistance provided you told us we cANCEL THE licence and we lost our data OVH directed us to Microsoft and we ve contacted them twice However Microsoft s technical team can t assist without our admin login credentials which OVH holds We reached out to you on Friday Fernando issued a ticket but we haven t received any updates microsoft technical support cant help us to recover the data but they can give us access to the sharepoint as sharepoints dont get delete it We have not provide any support at all 1 No assistance in recovering Sharepoint whether with OVH or otherwise 2 No support in obtaining our admin login credentials to seek help from Microsoft This is an emergency and we need a resolution today It s been since Thursday and we re yet to receive any help Urgent action is required

We at Imagine Experiences have recently encountered significant challenges with OVH in the UK Despite reaching out for assistance over the past 7 days our concerns have not been adequately addressed The response time has been notably delayed taking 5 days to receive a solution that did not align with the problem we presented The loss of data and sharepoints associated with our license has added considerable complexity to our situation OVH s claim that the issue falls outside their scope of support despite Microsoft s willingness to assist is both perplexing and frustrating The requirement for an alternate email created by OVH during the account setup has been communicated to OVH but unfortunately our requests have been met with silence Raul among the individuals we ve spoken to was the only one who demonstrated an understanding of the urgency of our situation and provided a level of customer service that met our expectations Regrettably this positive interaction was not reflective of the overall service we ve received Despite Microsoft s recommendation to seek the required information from OVH our attempts to obtain the necessary details have been met with non-responsiveness It s disheartening to find such a lack of communication and support especially in an emergency scenario In conclusion based on our recent experience we cannot recommend OVH for their services The issues we ve encountered from delayed responses to an unhelpful resolution have left us questioning the reliability and customer-centric approach of OVH

after I made the payment they ve told me it is in kernel panic mode and I have to pay someone to sort it out Obviously they ve done something to it when it was shutdown but they don t take responsibility worst customer services and vps services I don t recommend

TERRIBLE SERVICE TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE

Honestly huge scam STAY AWAY I recently ended my 1 year commitment with OVH and due to family issues and finances I set the deal to cancel and terminate end of the commitment I found out a few days ago that they auto renewed a new commitment and gave me another year with them even though I cancelled and also I haven t got the finances anymore and no longer use their services their support team was terrible and told me they cannot help and even acknowledged I put in a request for the service to terminate but apparently the auto renew was turned back on Terrible service and customer support go to other companies for the same hardware and don t get fooled into this scam of commitments

OVHCloud Canada has been a painful farce for months They transferred my website without content using the wring email address and now I am trying to go away from them they keep dragging feet

I bought a VPS service and i forgot my password I sent and recovery email but i have never got a password recovery email from ovh even if the website says it has been sent successfully And there is no support service without login i can t access my account that i paid So stupid Stay away

I paid a VPS service from them I forgot my password at some point and wanted to reset Their forgot password link was never sent to my email even if the system says it is successfully sent Then I looked for support but it turned out their support only works if you are logged in Such a JOKE Another email i created an account and asked for help They have sent me a document for changing the email I have sent that document via post another JOKE which costed me 3 more expensive than their VPS Then they rejected for some unclear reasons And in the email they said i can contact them via customersupport at ovh co uk When I write to that email I received an auto reply which i need to login and create ticket another JOKE They literally ROBBED me Now i can t access to my account that I paid
