I purchased an oxiline scale I am a senior woman on a limited budget I decided to return the scale after trouble shooting set up and syncing I could not get it to sync with my fitday app Once I got it to weigh the correct weight it was not showing the body calculations I was not aware that they don t pay for the return shipping I have never dealt with a company that does not stand behind their product and if a customer is not happy they don t offer free return It will cost me 1 4 of the cost of the scale to return it What a scam I will never buy anything from them again and I will tell everyone I know not to buy from them

Please read all the reviews before purchasing from this company The customer service and shipping is beyond awful I ve been waiting weeks for my order I was sent tracking information for an order that wasn t even going to my address Customer service did absolutely nothing My order has been sitting in FL for 2 weeks with no progress This company is a total scam

We got the glucose monitor It read over 110 fasting every time for both my husband and me and as high as 133 we ve never been diagnosed as diabetic We both went to our doctors got fasting blood work I was 80 my husband was 101 A1c for my husband showed an average of 100 fasting Oxiline replaced unit we both checked our blood sugar fasting again it is high I used a control solution 1 it read 257 and 241 when it should ve been in the range of 81 to 121 Oxiline won t give me my money back nor replace it unless we go to the doctor AGAIN to get them to give us a glucose test NOT WORTH YOUR MONEY

I ordered my tens unit two weeks ago because it got great reviews online I should have extended my research to the company It has been a struggle every inch of the way and I still don t have my purchase in hand The email responses have been prompt but not accurate I was told the product would absolutely by shipped the next day and received a tracking code but the shipper didn t receive the product for many days I was not issued an invoice for ages although my Visa was charged immediately I don t trust this company and wouldn t bet money on receiving anything although it looks like its on it s way All this before even finding out if the product is good I wouldn t recommend buying from Oxiline as there are so many other options Worst online shopping experience ever

Ordered the blood pressure machine 9pro It came in a package that wasn t professionally wrapped and had me thinking it may have even been refurbished I will see how well this works I ordered and paid the 29 00 extra for overnight The next day was a holiday However the next day after was a Friday where I should have received my package on that Saturday I requested partial payment of 15 00 since it actually wasn t overnight I was told that overnight doesn t count for weekends My guess after reviewing these reviews about this company is that they suck and I will have to bite the bullet of 108 with the tax However if enough people leave bad reviews maybe they will go out of business

I just tried to use my new Oxiline Gluco X pro blood glucose meter It IS THE MOST COMPLICATED METER TO USE The instructions are such a find print it s hard to read Plus they don t have their own app This meter has so many steps to go through to save test results And it took almost 2 1 2 months to receive it so I bought a OneTouch The OneTouch is a dream to use Simple one step process Don t have to push multiple buttons to save results or access info I m debating on whether to try learning it or just ditch it

Placed my first order for Pulse MD Pro A promise to fill the order quickly has not been kept I do not have confirmation of shipment after a week My credit card has been charged and I had to send message to them to ask what is going on The response was quick but the product is back ordered They hope to have it back in stock in a week or two The credit card transaction has not been reversed even though the charge is not supposed to be made until product is shipped I will upgrade the review when I get the device

The Oxiline products I received are top quality devices They perform all the functions described quickly and accurately I have the Pressure X Pro blood pressure monitor and the Scale X Pro scale with body measurement function Again excellent products that perform above my expectations Only time will tell how they do a year or two from now My only gripe was with the shipping process It took a lot longer than I thought it would After reading some of the stories here I almost canceled my order I am glad I didn t Because they use the USPS and not DHL FedEx or Purolator it took longer to arrive than I thought and the tracking information provided by USPS is minimal I would gladly pay extra for a proper courier shipment via any of the above companies but I did not see an option when purchasing Today customers expect speedy delivery companies like Amazon have made it so that deliveries more than a couple of days is unacceptable so folks will shop for an inferior item on Amazon if the item they want isn t available there Also please update your customer service number on the sales email Product Good Shipping Bad -

4th time I placed an order Need I say more about this excellent product
