I ve been using the pressure x and the scale for several months and both are solid devices I went out of my way to leave a review because I contacted customer support and spoke with Hassan who was very helpful I put an incorrect number on my delivery address and the scale was shipped out already They sent me a new scale and I m pretty sure they lost the money on the other scale they previously sent That was my istkae so this is the least I could do Very good product and nice company

Absolutely love my Tens Pro

Absolutely love my Tens Pro Unlike some of the other reviewers I didn t ask for an expedited shipment Yes it took close to a month to receive however given that I purchased the product at 40 off I imagined they were busy filling orders and just patiently waited for it to arrive I didn t have to deal with any customer service so can t comment on that aspect of the company but the Tens machine itself is incredible

I received my Blood Pressure product yesterday on time Also I want to note my email order from the company was located in Spam So if you are looking for notifications check your Spam box Anyway all was good with the product and timing However the Pamphlet was somehow torn No worries I just emailed them and they contacted me right back I received my download Pamphlet I printed it and all is good Very Pleased Also I want to note to anyone that is having trouble receiving from a company direct try Amazon if the company sells it through there That has happened to me on several occasions and vice versa
