After purchasing an umbrella from them they started helping themselves to my bank account without my authorisation They are basically thieves I do not know why they are still trading

I They are not a New Zealand based company if they represent themselves to be and they do not offer free shipping as they indicate once I accepted a special offer for an extra item at 18 95they deducted 67 from my a c for said item on top of the initial sum I d already paid at check out They did not give me a chance to go back and decline the order and after taking two sums of money from my ac they sent no order confirmation email As soon as I accepted the 18 95 offer they deducted an extra 67 from my ac andthat was the last I ve heard from them Nor have I been able to contact them by phone email or online I would only get it the most zero if I could

Avoid Fraud theft scam company As others have stated they deceive with an additional eco charge then they take a 29 99 additional fee have no idea what for Contacted them numerous times to complain and cancel but no reasonable response Have contacted my credit card to raise a dispute fraud case These need to be shut down

SCAM - avoid at all costs Overcharged us on original purchase defined after the payment processed as service charge and then a couple of days later recharged Credit card again with amount of 29 99 Credit card AMEX have taken on dispute but disappointed with them as well as clearly it is not a reputable company and should have already been taken down

Don t get scammed the way I did - they ll add exhorbitant bogus charges to their low-quality products

There is an eco charge hidden away in the Terms Conditions that a they ll just slap on and almost tripled the price of my order and b they say is at their discretion so you wouldn t even know the amount if you had read the small print When you try to get some customer service the person dealing with you is someone called Mary P with a picture attached It s clearly a fake name and the pictured attached that is really lo-res and looks very AI-generated In other words it s a fake person Avoid at all costs And the gloves aren t even that warm to add insult to injury

Stay away Fraud scammers I ordered one pair of trainers they send me a small size and they refused to pay the return posting for a full refund Totally fraud
