Came damaged

Would not recommend this company in the slightest Customer care was non existent Ordered a small pack of postal boxes to find that Paypal had held the transaction for security - I contacted Packaging Now to ask about this as I needed the items quickly they responded more or less stating that they weren t bothered and i should cancel my order if im not happy So that s exactly what I did even though Paypal released the funds the next day there was no response or movement from this company I ended up having to put in a Paypal dispute which they have failed to respond to - which only hurts them as Paypal will start placing measures onto their account as an untrusted seller - and good I say Stick with the more well known companies saving a few pounds isn t worth it with this one

Lost Parcel - no customer support

Sadly this company used Hermes to complete the delivery Apparently Hermes delivered the parcel to a safe location our shop was open so no need to do this Almost a week later we ve had no response to our emails to Packaging Now and no parcel Very frustrating

Poor delivery service

To charge 4 99 for delivery and then take 4 working days to deliver is exceptionally poor Have since used Staples instead

user experience good but box material very poor

The purchasing experience was fine the website was easy to use and the boxes were delivered in good time can t fault that side of my experience buying through packaging now The boxes I purchased double walled cardboard box 24x18x18 would not accept the adhesion of the brown tape as I applied the tape with tape gun after a couple of minutes the tape would simply fall off tape i used was good new tapeSadly I wouldn t recommend buying boxes from packaging now for this reason

Not good service at all

Not good service at all Ordered several boxes One was the wrong one was told it would be resent and didn t arrive Still waiting Can t get through on the telephone to sales or customer service and you can t leave a message as the phone cuts off Really frustrating and still don t have my box

Poor communication

Poor communication virtually none Later than advertised delivery No tracking details for customers certainly not live tracking which DPD do As people say you vote with your feet won t be using Packaging Now again

Not very impressed

Not very impressed I paid 10 Pounds for next day delivery and arrived two days later Will not be buying anything else from this company

Buyer beware of non delivery after payment

I purchased a pack of Book wraps on the 2nd of October and by the 9th October they had still not been delivered I was given a tracking number for the package but not told who the courier was I phoned to ask where the package was and they told me that the courier had said they could not find the property Good story but it is hard to miss as it has a bright red door with the number in bronze attached to it Well I am still waiting as I was told it would be here yesterday and yet again it did not arrive

My complaint is as above

My complaint is that 1 the delivery was left outside in pouring rain rather than as instructed to be put in the garage to keep dry 2 the black wrapping was not complete leaving 3 places where the rain soaked the cardboard boxes Not clever I am drying them out and hopefully they will still be ok to use Roger Wood07778213337
