I looked at the furniture online then visited the showroom in Hampton Wick Callum was very helpful and I took home a quote and some paint samples I amended the order a bit and then placed the order The furniture arrived within the time specified and communication at all times was great the team delivered and set up my furniture very smoothly and I am delighted with it

The PFC made three bookcases an extendable kitchen table and a TV sideboard for me All pieces were exceptionally well-made and I would have no hesitation in returning to them if and when needed My only grouse long lead-times it would be better if the delivery time from time of order to time of delivery could be shortened But there are no criticisms on the quality front Far from it Highly recommended

The dressser and a TV cabinet were bought on November 2023 which are well build and painted very nicely in a lovely color Those furnitures are well designed in British cottage style and also very robust The delivery is out of my expectation on December with an excellent good customer experience Very much enjoyed the purchase

I considered carefully whether to order due to the cost versus other options but I m glad I did The two furniture pieces I ordered look great good quality and the delivery and installation was quick and efficient Hopefully they will last a long time The customer service support from Kingston branch was excellent
