Ordered for 6 30pm arrived at 6 55 and cold I added instructions of how to find us driver said he did not receive so we had to go out in the rain to him to show him where to deliver Ordered chicken wings-cold Potato tots-cold and pizza-cold Warmed up food in microwave Dips were small and crap up to what they used to be Food was average Iceland do better stuffed crust pizza for 2 50 Probably won t use again and will tell others thinking of using Papa J s not to bother Over 30 wasted on a Saturday night And would ve probably enjoyed a Tesco ready meal more and it would ve been quicker If Papa john was my papa I d say Oh Papa J stop ripping people off with your cold overpriced pizzas Not recommended Get yourself a frozen pizza for 2 50 and keep the rest

Halesowen branch - food was delivered on time but really bland tasting First time ordering from Papa John s and will be my last Easily the worst of the premium branded pizza delivery chains

The food was lukewarm and the garlic bread was so dry wrong dips and very little pepperoni on one of the 4 large pizzas we ordered We went for this because we thought it would be better than pizza hut What a mistake

Ordered on their online app It sat for over 30 minutes in the checking and cutting stage I then rang them to see what was going on to be told there was a shortage of drivers and promised if the food was cold they would make fresh and send it out It arrived 10 minutes later stone cold Awful I will avoid them from now on

Ordered the solo deal for one for a treat Bit of a letdown The toppings on the pizza were all over the place like a hurricane had hit it Toppings missing I had a half and half pizza one half all the meats the other half Garden party The half with all the meats should have been sausage pepperoni Spicy beef ham and bacon There was no bacon on any of those slices Two slices were missing pepperoni entirely And there was hardly any spicy beef about 4 pieces of spicy beef spread across 4 slices of pizza on the meat size

We had a really poor experience New Year s Eve we never order take away in as the experience is usually not great but having ordered from Papa Johns online before and Collected we thought we would pay for them to deliver in We ordered 3 hours before needed allowing fir them to plan order delivery schedule and I saw on their systems 14 mins before due it was being cut and checked 30 mins later food hadn t arrived and it was 15 mins late I called to store got a rude person saying it will be sent out in half an hour and it s keeping warm under the lights Followed by if we want it early go and collect it We said fine we will but wanted delivery charge back he only offered some cheese strips instead which we didn t want Food was cold on collection cold and greasy when opened and not edible I had to complain online in the end to get a refund and that took two weeks I had to email the full issue again in detail but Sara was swift to refund us once she had details Not recommended especially if you want delivery and they lost our custom in that branch

Appalling far too much base sauce poor quality and tiny amount of fillings doughy base and preposterously over priced for what is a 5 3am kebab house pizza

Ordered a pizza for delivery from the Macclesfield branch which when it arrived I found it to be lukewarm at best the dip I ordered was missing and it seems like they have a very scrooge like attitude to the toppings Moral of the story should have gone to Domino s

Very disappointed with my 14 pizza hardly any topping on at all really really not pleased ham and pineapple so cheap I have never had so little topping it tasted like plain pizza
