Surprised at all the bad reviews

Surprised at all the bad reviews My local Papa Johns is ok Ordered about 30 times in the last year with delivery quick warm pizza cooked well and no missing items I guess with any franchise there is some difference in quality but i am sure distance to store and how busy they are impact things The brand is too american style pizza for me but their thin crust pizza are quite good For one large pizza they are expensive but with various offers such as 2for1 discounts its comparable in value if you have a number of mouths to feed

Daventry branch on a slippery slide

Have used Daventry branch 4 times since they opened The first time we had a drink missing and over 45mins later The 2nd time we had drink missing again The 3rd order was nice all there but the 4th order has let the side down my order was burnt one side hard and was more of a pineapple pizza as the ham was extremely minimal Each time the pizza has been misproportionally cut large slice vs skinny slice I think with their popularity the standards are slipping which is extremely sad after Dominos lost our custom for similar reasons

Papa johns hayes branch good show guys

Had papa johns in the past had its ups and downs as takeaways do but the last 3 I ve ordered have been spot on just like the old days I m guessing it s the staff always need good staff And did you know the special garlic sauce is vegan friendly Highly recommend better than all the other chains and supermarkets thin crust

Always had good experiences

We order from here probably around once per month Always comes promptly and we ve never had any incorrect items Would never pay full price but the app always has discounts still works out more expensive than most other places but the quality is worth it

Manager at local branch fantastic

Had a horrible experience with the delivery driver which I won t go into however matthew the manager at the caerphilly branch was brilliant I cannot fault his kindness and professionalism when I phoned Thanks Matthew I will continue to order from here as its one of our faves

Website needs fixing

For some reason their website keeps defaulting to the registered address when you try to order So make sure you change the registered address every time you order to where you currently are otherwise you may accidentally order your friend pizza Fortunately the guy who was delivering my order called me and got the correct address and got my delivery to me He was an absolute gem

Usually good quality tasty food The let down is delivery Delivery take a while and food can be cold The tracker will also be switched to delivered 20 minutes before the food gets here I guess this is to avoid getting into any trouble for delivering late eh Tonight for example they just turned it to delivered at 7 20pm yet the food is not here

Great Customer Service in store

The member of staff that was working today 21 06 22 at the Harringay Green Lanes branch was very busy and the shop looked very under staffed Despite being a bit late the pizza was cooked great and he had an amazing customer service The company should takeit into account
