Good products at very fair prices however delivery even from Germany is super slow no use if you need items in a hurry From the day of order to delivery was exactly 2 weeks 10 working days just not good enough in this day and age I hasten to add during the 2 weeks in question Royal mail had no strikes so can t be blamed I contacted customer service twice by email only received a bog standard reply and once by Telephone still waiting the the call back from that All in all if the price is better by a long way than elsewhere give them a go otherwise maybe purchase elsewhere

A good product at a good price It just took far to long to arrive after placing the order

I would love to leave a positive review but unfortunately I m still waiting for the perfume to turn up ordered on 15th Dec I would have thought I would have received it in time for Christmas so someone is going to be disappointed The tracking details are rubbish it just says we are expecting to receive a package which was dated 19th Dec I now need to purchase an alternative product locally I know there have been Post office strikes but many other orders I have placed with other suppliers have been fulfilled

Slow but ok service But they don t tell you that they ship from abroad A bit wasteful on resources I think They should make customers aware of this

Like others giving reviews I ordered and then a day later got my email to say it had been dispatched After a few days it hadn t come and I looked into the company more which is when I read all the bad reviews and started to panic I decided to just wait for a month and then chase up My parcel did however arrive- 10 days after my order was placed Thank goodness All well packaged with 2 free gifts My only concern is their authenticity as the boxes are not the same as in John Lewis or Boots They are cellophaned up so I also can t see if the bottle design is the same as those on the high street either and I don t want to open as they are a Christmas present- will just have to wait and see All in all I would not by again as its all just too stressful I think I was lucky in getting my order but still don t know if real or not Annoyingly Boots have now discounted this profuct to the same price I paid I should have just waited to be certain I am buying what I wanted

Hi Everyone So i placed an order on the 12th of May during their flash 50 off sale It was for a M Micallef perfume that went from 200 to 95 It said immediate Dispatch in stock The next day I got an email containing an RM tracking number and RM saying We are expecting it Over a week later I m still waiting for my delivery I phoned up parfumdreams and a rude man answered the phone just basically taking me for a mug Demanding that I must wait for my delivery as it is coming a very long way Germany is not even far so i dont know why he was being defensive I even phoned up RM and the advisor thought it was strange why they haven t received the parcel yet She also told me because it has taken so long that tomorrow it will be declared as missing An hour later from the phone call with RM I received an email that they got it and it should be delivered tomorrow I really do hope what I ordered is there in the parcel wrapped perfectly Let see if everything is good I will update tomorrow UPDATE Received my parcel today in the morning from RMEverything is authentic and wrapped Don t know if I would use them again but I m happy I got my package

Haven t received my order or any reply from customer service

I recently wrote a review stating my order had not arrived glad to say that my order finally arrived today thank you

From order to delivery for me was seven days Day of ordering I received a Royal Mail 24hour tracking number but was only a notification of intent to ship Would of given five stars if shipping was quicker

Prices are excellent but delivery is slow slow slow albeit in fairness they tell you this when you order The problem is they generate their Royal Mail tracking number about a week before the package arrives with Royal Mail so you are left in limbo expecting but the RM site saying they have not received it Also their customer service is slow in responding to e-mails - best to telephone in which case they are relatively efficient if dismissive
