Pleased with purchase - genuine order

I first saw the bargain prices online hadn t heard of the company but thought I d give it a go as there was 2 reviews on the website for my product Afterwards I was thinking to check trust pilot because it was my first time using them I was then starting to regret my purchase as the reviews were really bad I emailed the company about my concerns for my order after seeing trust pilot reviews recieved a reply back a day later with tracking respected arrival etc I ordered last week and it has arrived today brand new sealed a tester sample also for free I m really pleased with my purchase however I was worried when I saw the reviews Maybe I ve been lucky with my purchase as everything was fine and arrived at the earliest date in the arrival window 5 stars as the communication was great delivery was fast I ordered 1 million pafum 100ml

I purchased a 200ml Hugo Boss Bottled

I purchased a 200ml Hugo Boss Bottled Tonic on this website It took around 10 days for item to be delivered The retailer provided a Royal Mail tracking number within 2 days after I placed the order I was advised that the package is dispatched from Germany and I can only track the item after it is in the UK After reading all the negative reviews I was a bit pessimistic about this as I had not ordered from this website before But luckily my order got delivered today and I am happy with it

Excellent service

I ve placed orders a few times with Parfumdreams and received genuine perfume at a good price My Christmas 2022 order was on its way with the Post Office confirming they had my parcel however after a week it still hadn t been delivered I contacted Parfumdreams by telephone and they looked into what had happened No progress had been made by the Post Office so Parfumdreams very quickly confirmed that I would receive a refund which was paid into my account promptly Parfumdreams is always the first place I would go to for perfume

Such great customer service My email was answered within 24 hours Genuine product at a great price Packaged carefully too Allow a little longer for delivery as it comes from Germany but once it is in the UK you get your items delivered in 24 hours My parcel took just over a week to arrive Will definitely use this company again thank you

My experience with parfumdreams

Ordered 2 aftershaves on the 26 12 22 then came on here and noticed a lot of negative reviews that panicked me Order was dispatched on 28 12 22 and was held up in customs for a few days over the holidays which was explained to me when I had emailed parfumdreams Order arrived on the 4 1 23 tried the scents straight away as had seen other customers complaining about fake aftershaves but it was great smelling exactly like the bottle I already had and long lasting seemed 100 the real deal Also received 5 samples along with my order instead of the 3 which I had no complaints about So in my experience a great company to deal with

II ordered Sauvage Elixr from them at what is the cheapest price I could find on the net The aftershave arrived within 5 days and I was kept up to date all the way through the process The after shave was exactly as I expected all in all a great company to deal with I cannot believe the negative reviews Ps I am in no way related or have connections too anyone in the business

I ordered my usual perfume as it was

I ordered my usual perfume as it was such a bargain It took ten days to come but Easter probably effected Royal Mail I read the reviews and thought I had been scammed but it arrived yesterday and it is exactly what I ordered I even took photos as the packaging wrapping and bottle are identical to the one I bought at a much higher price from Boots I use this perfume on a daily basis so I order one when one is running out There is no option to send photos but honestly they are the same I believe it is genuine

Delivery is slow but worth it

I have ordered from Parfum Dreams a few times now mostly because their prices are great Delivery is very SLOW though so you need to be patient I ordered on the 12th May my order was dispatched on the 17th May and it arrived today 25th May Once dispatched the Royal Mail tracking said they were waiting to receive my order for absolutely ages which did make me panic a bit but then I finally received a message saying Royal Mail had received it - this took 7 days though It would be good if they provided end to end tracking so you can track the whole journey Very happy with my items
