I don t know how this company has all these reviews but warning to everyone their delivery time is terrible Before I ordered my fender it said August 6th I ll get my part Today is August 10th and still nothing The fender I ordered is not painted or anything Just a plain black fender and I still don t have it Last time I ll be using this place

I just wanted to exchange for right part

Brought item from them they there site said was the right part but once got it the part was different tried to return it and get the right part company said no return unless I have original packaging which was plastic that I had to cut open with a razor to get part All I want was to trade it and no dice

Absolute trash

Absolute trash Ordered a replacement bumper for my 2015 Subaru Outback Item was nowhere near OEM quality material was much thinner Bumper was shipped FOLDED causing damaged Paint was already peeling where folded when arrived Absolute trash and a waste of money should have ordered OEM from the beginning

Deformed bumper with crease

Placed the order on 6 24 with delivery date of 7 17 7 17 came and went with no delivery insight No update from customer service whatsoever Had to call in myself and found out it s delayed End up getting the part on 7 24 Tried to install it today and realize the bumper is folded in three The bumper is deformed and doesn t line up with my car and leaves a gap in between What is worse is that the paint along the fold turned into a thick bunched up cease line Complete disaster Are they trying to save a few dollars from shipping Took multiple photos will attach here once I figure out if trustpilot allow photos

Do not buy from this place My item was damaged and they will not stand behind it They offered me a 50 refund on the paint job What a joke Rude manager What else can I say Well I ll stop there Do not buy anything from them

I ordered a fender for a Chrysler 300 SRT from their drop down menu They painted and shipped the the incorrect part There is no way to order the wrong model car unless you are clueless A fender for a dodge Charger Chrysler starts with a C and Dodge with a D There is no Chrysler Charger or Dodge 300I then received a phone call from Partify and they said that I should ve contacted their representative to confirm the part number There in nothing prompting you to do this please note-Partify posts only positive reviews on their site BewareRead their reply below Their system made an error and they refuse to take responsibility

I have a 2019 Infiniti Q50

I have a 2019 Infiniti Q50 Someone backed into me a destroyed my rear bumper He was old and I didn t want deal with the hassle so I planned to just take care of it myself After shopping around and reading reviews I settled on partify Got a paint matched rear bumper Arrived today and immediately I was confused by how small the box was Upon opening I realized why the box was so small The bumper was folded like a wallet causing horrible creases in which the paint is also cracking The whole bumper itself is just permanently distorted now I ve tried a heat gun hot water I ve tried it all Even if I could get it to straighten out the paint is already ruined Horrible experience

Peeling separating paint will not stand behind work Only offered minimal refund

Ordered rear bumper arrived with paint peeling not properly adhered to bumper Would not replace or repaint Only offered 12 refund after multiple back-and-forths with customer service I went in with reasonable expectations was not expecting perfection but at the bare minimum new paint should not be peeling separating pulling away from the bumper cover Pretty sure I could literally grab an edge and peel it off like a vinyl sticker Obviously mistakes can occur but they should attempt to rectify them fully and reasonably which I feel was not the case here Buyer beware

Ordered a Front Bumper Cover for 2010

Ordered a Front Bumper Cover for 2010 Toyota Corolla but received one for a RAV4 Outside box had the correct model and part number but inside the wrapped and folded cover clearly showed RAV4 labels So they simply put the wrong cover in the wrong box But now instead of just sending me the correct cover there has been 3 emails asking for more and more pictures so they can investigate what went wrong with an apology for the delay but no information on when if they will send the correct part This was my first and last dealing with Partify Thought I would give them a chance What a mistake

Don t do it

I bought a front bumper fender and a fender flare As soon as I opened the package I knew the color was way off Then noticed major cracking all along where they bent it to save on shipping So after multiple emails and talking with 3 different people including a manager Which by the way is probably just the guy in the next cubicle All they would do is send another bumper and 50 refund So at best if the new bumper isn t damaged then I m going to have a multicolor vehicle I wish I could include pictures so you could see how off it is
