I purchased a quarter panel was told what day to expect it checked bank account saw two separate charges Price I was quoted and a 9 charge Didn t think much of it get me the part ill be happy Week later get a phone call that they didn t have the part that they could order it from the manufacturer for an extra 300 You have got to be kidding me I want a full refund I get on my account and see that one charge was refunded but the 9 wasn t How are they going to charge me UNAUTHORIZED any amount of money then refuse to return it later find out this is a visa charge 3 of total but had they not had the part money should have never been withdrawn to incur such charge I should have never been able to purchase if they didn t have it in stock Why would you charge me in the first place if it wasn t in stock And from the looks of it I m not the first one GO TO ROCK AUTO COM for a fraction of the cost shipping time and plain headache

We ordered a tailgate from them We gave the make and model and year plus the Vin and they sent the wrong part The refuse to do anything about it Saying it s not there fault So we are stuck with very expensive useless tailgate

I do not recommend them

I lost 309 with these people I do not recommend that you buy with them do not waste your money I bought a fender and they sent the wrong color and with damage bubbles I notified them and they didn t accept it back because they would have to pay the shipping Shipping that cost me 125 And I had to pay 250 to get the fender painted that they did wrong and they were only going to give me back 99 for the paint From 419 64 I paid they did not refund me because I made the purchase with Shop Pay and I only had one payment of 99 left AND they did not debit my account Their product is of poor quality and they are thieves

Order not received updated now they try to blackmail you

Update 8 29 Customer service responded and apologized about my order and not receiving a email or tracking number on 8-24-23 The rep repeatedly apologized but yet couldn t tell me why my order hasn t shipped She said they would offer me 50 percent off shipping IF I would take down this review I let them know that is a form of blackmail and that I would not be taking it down and that I would add to the review that Partify tried to blackmail into taking review down to get money off The rep put me on hold and came back and said they would still give me the money off I received my bumper yesterday the box was open hardly taped you could see the bumper inside and the box was beat up I will NEVER buy from Partify again The final straw was when they tried to give me money off only if I took down review I will leave a review on every form of social media I can regarding this issue I am blown away by the fact they think they can treat customers this way Original post 8-17-23Ordered a bumper for my Jeep got a email the next day saying it shipped Got a second email right after the first saying the order was cancelled I sent Partify customer service a email with screenshots of the emails and order Got a response from them saying they were sorry and that my bumper would ship the next day and that they would send me a tracking number with it as well Been 2 days no response However my credit card was charged and I still have no bumper Will be calling customer service tomorrow At this point I would not recommend this company

Worst experience ever Their order form did not have the

Their order form did not have the opportunity to order the correct part for my car and when they sent the wrong part and I contacted them regarding it they refused to correct it I will never use this company again the worst customer service my order was weeks late from when they said it would arrive just a horrible experience I hope no one else will have to go throught I would have been off to get it from subaru and about the same price You can say it s my fault when your order form doesn t allow for the model of my car there are many impreza base model premium sedan wagon it s a shame and disgrace that you are unable to accept responsibility for this but I will continue to tell everyone not to use you I wish I was able to add the order that shows I ordered what I wanted they just didn t send what I ordered

I ordered a part and they waited until I call them 2 weeks after I order to tell me they don t have it and told me they will order from infinity for me I could have done that myself 2 weeks ago I m waiting for them to return my money they said 5 to 10 days I hope they don t rob me honestly super inconvenient I wish I researched more before I ordered save your money

I purchased a bumper with a paint job When it arrived there were areas that were permanently creased and there was an incomplete paint job on the bumper as well as paint chipping off where it was folded I filed for a refund and they gave me a 50 refund on paint

Damaged product

I received my bumper and it was damaged This is a update to my original review I originally ordered my bumper then got a email saying it was shipped then got another saying it was cancelled Long story short after reading my previous review I was contacted and offered 5o of my shipping back if I took review down I declined went on and added to my review that they tried to offer me money to take it down Then got contacted again and told they would refund me the rest of my shipping for my negative experience So I get my bumper about a week later and I go to put it on today and both sides are completely folded in I have pictures I am beyond irritated with Partify not only are they shady on how they treat their customers but now they sell damaged goods I emailed them again with pictures so we will see what happens At this point I want a full refund or another bumper that is no damaged I am in awe at what poor quality and service this company has Unacceptable do not buy any products from this company unless you want to be wasting your money Let s see if I get a response from Partify

The bumper I ordered was folded into half and is shipped inside a sack So what will I expect Of course It has multiple holes scratches pain issues as if it was done using a nail polish It is very damaged The one star is for refunding it 100 after they made me cut it into half and took picture of it Material is very poor quality too My time got wasted I feel bad doing this but I want to warn the public

Terrible quality bumper DO NOT BUY FROM PARTIFY

I purchased a bumper online after reading it would be good quality and was supposedly an oem replacement unit The part arrived within the scope of their estimated shipping time 3 weeks but was in a tiny box At first I was worried they had shipped me someone elses parts but to my surprise the unit was folded into thirds inside the box On top of now being deformed and damaged from the mishandling of my bumper cover the paint quality I paid extra for paint is hit the bumper cover mounting holes do not line up nor do some of them have the holes full punctured Additionally the unit had to be trimmed in multiple areas as it was not made correctly Save yourself hours of additional unnecessary work and buy from somewhere else that does not only QC but also knows how to properly package a bumper cover This company values saving money on shipping over customers I paid 200 for shipping on a box that I could have shipped around the country and back to me for 40 Screw this place
