Phone case review
I originally gave a one star review because I thought the phone case I ordered for my daughter s birthday was defective It turns out it was my mistake because I hadn t opened the packaging all the way and I thought they had printed over some lettering but it turns out the lettering was on a paper that was underneath the foam protection and I hadn t opened the entire thing yet The company quickly reached out to me asking what they could do to fix the problem and were willing to send another if they had made a mistake It turns out they didn t need to do anything but still responded positively The phone case is cute and I know my daughter will love it

Great Customer Service Super Cute Product
Purchased a sleep shirt for my sister Before placing the order I contacted Pawsionate Customer Service because I wanted to see if there was an option for adding 4 dogs The link I had only showed up to 3 dogs Customer Service responded promptly friendly and efficiently I was able to place an order and I loved how you could customize not only the number and breed of dog but you could customize the human as well The shirt arrived quickly and the print was very vibrant and clear My only question was that I got the premium shirt and to me it didn t seem any softer than a regular t-shirt would feel All that being said my sister loved the shirt Overall great transaction
