I purchased the Toria Stud Earrings They are a gorgeous gift As per other reviews they are very small But they were exactly what I wanted Pawsome were great to deal with Postage took such a long time but that was Melbourne COVID lockdown delays and not Pawsome s issue I would happily purchase some them again And I love that a portion of the sale goes towards helping animals

My cats love their beds so much that I decided to get one for my mother s dog as a gift There were some delays in the delivery so I emailed Pawsome Couture I have to say their customer service was above and beyond the norm It was so nice getting prompt emails from an actual person who cared -- rather than a bot They got everything straightened out right away and were extremely courteous and professional throughout Great company and product

Aside from the quality of the collar and tag the customer service of Pawsome Couture is incredible I had a problem when my package said delivered but had not actually arrived and after speaking with usps and the customer service team they were going above and beyond to help me out Thankfully my package ended up arriving but the level of care was super nice Great team and great product

Absolutely beautiful cat bed My cat usually totally ignored any new bed bought for her and has to have an old blanket put in it before she will go anywhere near it With this bed she walked straight in lay down and has hardly moved out of it Excellent service fast delivery and the company donates to animal charities What s not to Love Go on treat your cat today

Customer Service was so helpful in helping me exchange the cat calming bed for the cat calming pad My very skittish kitty would not get in the bed but absolutely adores his pad He falls into a deep sleep and noises don t wake him anymore I love to see him so comfortable and calm Thank you Pawsome Couture

Not only do they have lovely quality products but also some impeccable customer service After my kitty didn t gravitate towards the material of one of the beds they credited me back the amount no questions asked and told me to donate it to a shelter 8
