First time ordering with this company Even though I had an issue with my order the customer service was FAB They dealt with the issue straight away and handled it in a very professional manor Really impressed with how fast I received my order aswell Even the packaging was lovely Will definitely order again with this company For such a small team your doing amazing

Absolutely amazing dog accessories

Absolutely amazing company Love that they cater for dogs of all sizes breeds etc Always outstanding customer service from the whole team Quick dispatch and fast delivery and the packaging is super cute All their products are excellent quality the designs are so stunning and unique I ve ordered many times and everytime a parcel arrives I m blown away by the how amazing the products are the detail is just perfect We feel so lucky to be a part of a fabulous dog community which PPB have created

We love PPB

Aside from the beautiful designs that are produced we are blown away by the quality every time too As a rottweiler mama it s always so important that the product is strong as well as good looking The website shows the strength test abd the limits of each product I m yet to get anything I either don t line or breaks The community on Facebook is a wonderful touch too Everyone is so welcoming and the team are so helpful when needed Communication is top and questions are answered thoroughly we absolutely love PPB

We adore PPB this is not our first order - we have been customers for years now and we love every single product they are all so well made super strong materials with such incredible detail that you cannot find anywhere else We just received our new Gingerbread Bear accessories today and I am absolutely obsessed the colours the details the thought put out into these are just amazing I cannot wait to get Bodger in his new Christmas accessories Thank you so much PPB
