Bought a harness in the sale and measured my pup carefully to get the right size Arrived and tried to put on neck opening was v small and caused distress to pup Measured the harness and waaaay out compared to measurements on the site Contacted the customer service who replied right away that you can t return sale items - this was not mentioned at time of purchase When I showed that the measurements were off I sent a pic of the harness against a tape measure and a copy of their sizing chart They replied quickly pointing out with some glee that I d sent the sizings of a normal harness not reversible so apologised in a reply with a copy of the reversible harness measurements - which were still not correct against the harness I recieved And weeks later they have still not replied back As my pups first harness I was so excited to pick this for him and expected to buy many more in the future The harness itself is lovely and well made although the measurements are completely off No apology no reply not going to ever buy from them again I d suggest you don t either Edit feb 2022 pawesome sent us a free harness and lead of choice which I did appreciate If there was a harness I really wanted I would feel more confident buying from this company now Thanks

The products are lovely however when I made an order of a few items I accidentally ordered two of the same item rather than an item I actually wanted and the team have told me that I ve just got to send the item I don t want back and re-ordered the new item however every every time you do this you have to pay quite a significant amount

I enjoy their patterns and new products they are always thinking of the next thing However the quality is not the greatest for the price you pay I will continue to purchase of smaller companies where the prices are significantly cheaper and products are better quality

I ve been a PPB customer for years The products are amazing However the customer service has taken a downturn of late My order was marked as dispatched on Wednesday using a Tracked 24 service As of Friday it still shows that Royal Mail haven t even received it Very disappointing This isn t my first experience with orders being marked as dispatched and then no tracking for a couple few days It always used to be super speedy and reliable Now I get anxious everytime Surely a dispatch email shouldn t be sent until the item is dispatched ie Passed to the courier I also had another issue recently with an offer they had on but they made no effort to acknowledge any error on their part or put it right It feels they ve grown too big and customer satisfaction isn t a high priority any longer Products are amazing but I m hugely hesitant to order again based on recent experiences Response It s not the delivery timeframe that s an issue It s the fact a dispatch email is sent quite a while before the courier actually acknowledges receipt of the parcel This creates concern that something has gone wrong and the order is lost Promo - your offers really need to state that only one code is applicable per order This wasn t mentioned at all
