Honestly so disappointed with the customer care I wish i would have read all these reviews before signing up for it I agree with every one of them Zero support Don t send in urgent requests if you cant wait 2 weeks to be answered No phone support available Glitches with everything AND the pricing that your promised will change one month into your contract Don t do it - cannot wait to get out of this software I ve just ran payroll and the integration with Modulr which took staffology 2 weeks to get back to me on how to connect failed - there is no work around besides deleting your payroll and re importing it - so you lose all payroll notes if you have to do this Just stay away from this company Listen to the reviews

Complaint closed with no resolution
Received an email today that they have closed my complaint without rectifying any of the issues raised or any explanation for this or ever picking up the phone to speak to me about said issues It has been open since November The end of the email says they will not communicate further and that the complaint is closed Will be taking further legal action for breach of contract The reviews on this site show I am not the only one with these issues and that the system fundamentally does not work yet they continue to rip people off It has become a matter of principle now Save yourself the headaches and use literally any other company but this one

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY EVER If I could leave no stars I would Fundamental issues with the system and its audit trail - makes changes by itself with no record of such Submits different NI to HMRC than you have recorded in the system I could go on and on about the endless issues we have had with this system Raised complaint after complaint to only receive a copy and pasted legal email back Will be pursuing legal action for breach of contract Use someone reputable as these guys have no idea what they are doing and all their staff except Kim are useless morons No understanding at all of how running a payroll actually works or any common sense customer service abilities

Alarmed and Worried
Have worked with Paymaster formally Free-pay for 30 plus years It has worked well and been accurate throughout the years I am extremely alarmed at the reviews on here all negative and none positive If the folks below giving their negative reviews are correct then that is very worrying I also notice no one below has even had the courtesy of a reply Iris Payroll what have you become

TERRIBLE
Couldn t agree more with the reviews on here - only wish I d thought to check them before we signed up - regret weighs heavily - terrible help desk customer service- basic functionality only - if you are remotely outside the box it cannot cope- random payroll errors where the only fix is delete the whole payrun and start again- HR platform does not have the ability to import historic data- the majority of our help desk queries end up being referred to development or we simply get a NO and told to refer to their Big Ideas portal - this is simply a massive long list of client frustrations over the inability of the software to perform the most basic and obvious functions Wish we d gone with MoorePay and Natural HR

There is a complete lack of any support
There is a complete lack of any support from this company As a new customer it has taken numerous phone calls to sort out even the most basic functions such as accessing software They repeatedly promise to solve things or call you back but never do Even Iris s internal teams cannot access any support from Staffology staff DO NOT TOUCH THEM

The screen doesn t look the same on my iPhone as it does on my computer I think it might have something to do with the app not working well on iOS platforms as my colleagues who have androids have got no problem with it

Do not use staffology payroll
Do not use staffology payroll We bought into HR and payroll to make a smooth and time saving interface - 8 months later and payroll still hasnt managed to connect to HR We have lost hours of precious time a ton of money and noone - except one excellent employee who I worry is also becoming disillusioned- has even given us the courtesy to reply Invoicing however is 100 punctual and with chase threats to boot

Worst company I have ever worked with Sold us a product then failed to contact us to implement it Was then told it had been mis sold and they couldn t honour the agreement Set up incorrectly by the sales team so implementation once again didn t happen After 2 months of constant complaining they finally agreed to set us up but had to wait another 3 months All the while were being billed for a service we never used or had access to You can t speak to anyone for support on the product verbally or speak to the complaints team No-one in the organisation communicates with each other and get passed around and completely ignored There s so much more I could say but what ever you do DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
