Paypal no longer supports the buyer

Paypal no longer supports the buyer I filed a dispute on an item that was supposed to be from the US Surprise it is from China They guaranteed 100 satisfaction or your money back Ordered on 11 30 24 followed up on 12 15 24 Was advised it was shipped it was not Filed complaint with PayPal on 12 17 24 I provided all the details with emails photos etc The buyer finally provided tracking on 12 26 24 Tracking shows they created a label on 12 25 24 PayPal found in favor of the seller stating the seller provided proof of delivery I can t even reopen the dispute because the only options available state I have already received the merchandise that has not even shipped I will not be using PayPal in the future

Paypal own a company called Honey which is a browser extension which purports to find online coupons which can be applied once u go to the check-out There are now videos on Youtube by Megalag which shows how Paypal is doing nasty things with the affiliate commission Stay away

The company that protects scammers

I have been using PayPal for many years but I hadn t realized the decline of this company until now I made a purchase of 19 90 using their platform giving consent for that single transaction only However they took an additional 87 without my consent a scam in every sense of the word I filed a complaint within minutes yet the company ruled against me claiming I had received something I never actually received PayPal was originally created to protect consumers but it now only seems to protect scammers

They dont protect you against faulty gifts

If u buy a personalised gift and it arrives wrong or defective don t go though paypal as apparently no matter what the problem is they don t protect you regardless that the my calandar was back to front and seller wouldn t reply to my emails

PayPal unhelpful and favours scam sellers

I Purchased an item believing it was from America after nearly 1 month it arrived having been all over the world it transpires that it actually came from China The quality was awful not as advertised at all just a printed mug not one with the metal hardware as advertised in the pictures It was also expensive for what it was I took it up with Paypal in the first instance when it hadn t arrived and have continued to try and sort since having received it however they have been no help whatsoever and are dragging their heels in getting this matter resolved and have favoured the seller on two occasions Paypal therefore appear to be in support of this scam seller and are endorsing their items by saying it looks the same as their images I have tried to contact the seller on more than one occasion but to no avail Currently still on going with Paypal and have now supplied them with details from Malware site which states quite clearly it s a scam site Hopefully PayPal will do the right thing

i used paypal to order food it got delivered to wrong address Food place refused to accept responsibilty say its paypals fault I made a claim for refund after nearly a month paypal decided it wasn t covered by thier buyers protection so came down in favor of the seller I have no trust in paypal anymore

Not capable to determine scams from real sellers

I have orderd some furniture using paypal and it was a scam It was so obvious that it was a scam that even a 5 years old could recognise it I have asked paypal to dispute it and they asked me to send the package back so they can refund me The seller provided very vague shipping info and the cost of the shipping was more than the actual ptoduct Therefore I have asked paypal to consider all the evidence I have sent to them to realise that the seller is a scammer and that I am unable to return the product to the seller as the adress is unclear and the shipping costs exceed the price of the product They said that they have AN EXPERT TEAM CHECKING THESE COMPANIES but it seems they are not expert enough to determine a scam from a real seller I am very disappointed because they are not capable of solving problems they way they used to

No stars if available as had fraud on my account which the seller agreed and then say the account wasn t unauthorised they are helping these people commit the fraud and helps them get away with it as no protection in place

PayPal are complicit with make payments to 3rd party when you try to challenge any incorrect amounts or fraud payments or no received they are useless They advise safe way to pay however this is far from the truth Complete joke
