Horrible Experience with PayPal Stay AwayPayPal restricted my account without giving me any reason or explanation They are holding my money hostage and forcing me to wait 180 days to access it When I try to contact them through their online chat they log me off automatically making it impossible to get help Masufa was the agent who helped me What is happening is truly disgusting This company shows no transparency no accountability and no respect for their customers I would strongly advise anyone to avoid PayPal they can freeze your money and leave you powerless to resolve the issue

Really poor service

I have been running a business with Paypal as the main payment hub After 6 months of activity and about 150 clients served Paypal decided that my business is too dangerous for them because of the high number of complains in 1 case out of 3 the client was not refunded since I was right and decided to shut down my account No decent answer from them just go away They are bully unreliable and poorly mannered

Recently my child made an order from shopify-8 com payment was made with my paypal account to there account I cross check the transaction later i noticed that the paypal account shopify is using is a donation account When it reported the issue to paypal the case was dismidsed Why paypal allowed them to operate under paypal protection to fraude people I thought paypal is the safe in doing online transaction but it is not true Anybody can prove me wrong by going right now to shopify website make a payment attempt on purchase using paypal It is a donation paypal account will come up saying that paypal have a technical issues that is why they are using donation account When the issue is reported to paypal they will dismiss your case quickly but they don t stop this fraude actvity under there protection Maybe Shopify is working with Paypal

Service has gone downhill

I ve been a PayPal customer for over 10 years Unfortunately they ve gone downhill lately Everything on the website and app is AI so don t bother with the chat option if you want to speak to a human In order to talk to someone you have to call them and tell the machine your issue is account related My most recent gripe concerns a rather large refund amount that they haven t returned to me and it s been over a month The retailer has already issued the refund and sent me proof but PayPal made me start a case against them It s been weeks but they claim it won t be resolved for yet another week If I don t get my full refund back I ll be using another service in future

On holiday from NZ and touring outback Australia for 3 months I was using a Telstra Prepaid mobile plan In early July 2019 I topped up my plan online using PayPal - next day not receiving any confirmation from Telstra I then did the same deal using my Card which got me coverage Bank records showed Telstra had received both payments Telstra acknowledged this and promised to refund Not once but on the five different occasions I contacted them Back home in NZ my last contact with them on 20th August stated Rest assured that this is the last time you ll have to contact us regarding the refund as our dedicated team is prioritizing your refund now due to the inconvenience you have experienced On the 27th August I started the PayPal claim procedureOn September 7th I was notified a refund was coming throughToday 10th Sept my statement shows a full refund Telstra Customer Service is disgracefulPayPal Take a Bow
