DONT USE PENNY APPEAL IT LOOKS LIKE FRAUDULENT ORGANISTION I don t do much reviews but this experience made me Ordered 2 wells April 2022 was supposed to take maximum 9 to 12 months for completion and me receiving the full report on build with pictures as I did from other organisation which was done in 8 months I been emailing and calling multiple times since April 2023 only once I got reply on email and when you call they need to look into it and call you back or manager is not there and will call back All their lies end with InShaAllah

Worst online charity site Made donation got message there was a problem with payment even though the bank confirmed transaction Some minutes later got a refresh that payment processed yet no follow up mail So dont know if the donation went through and will be processed or pocketed I will assume the latter and just put it down to that I made the niyyah and let the organisation answer to Allah swt

I bought Dates from them during Ramadan worth 70 I was very disappointed to receive extremely poor quality dates which were dry and probably expired They were unedable because they were as if dates were from last year and lost their moisture A complete rip off company and I totally agree with all negative feedbacks here Unfortunately I only looked at the feedbacks after being scammed myself

Annoying Texts Everyday

I don t know how they even got my number but constant non-stop text alerts They say to text HDTH to 88802 but this is an invalid number and doesn t send my texts through so there s no way to stop them harassing me Do not donate to this charity they will just hassle you forever Consider donating to Ummah Welfare instead much better service and no pestering messages
