Meezan bank with Highest Interest Rates
They are Islamic bank and have a fatwa on their halal financing and profits returned But unfortunately they rip off clients that come for loan and take high interest rate on name of rent I wonder how shameful it is and they don t realise

I deeply regret opening an account with Meezan Bank I am currently in Europe and trying to log into my account but they require biometric verification Unfortunately they don t offer any online biometric service I have already requested a callback around 16 times but I haven t received a single response This is the quality of service from Meezan Bank very disappointing

Please don t go for Meezan
Please don t go for Meezan if you re planning to open an account I suggest you change your current service provider as well Reason Their online app dodged me couple of times in the past week alone Maintenance going on every 3rd day They don t even inform when such a maintenance is going on As a result Put back what you ve purchased I was with family Bought something when tried to pay it took 10 minutes after entering other bank account details until error of maintenance popped up Had to put back stuff Another day went on to dining out with family After meal app did such a stupidity again Embarrassed me twice in last week And when it came to contacting their customer support I waited for 20 minutes twice and 15 minute today but no one picked up the call So I m writing a review that please beware This bank isn t trustworthy anymore

Disrespectul customer relationship manager
Tried to open a roshan digital account and am based in the UK Have had to face a female customer relationship manager who is very disrespectful and continuously ignores my communications We are oveseas Pakistanis trying to invest in Pakistan from overseas So the intentions are good But this is the sort of attitude we have to face from our own people In banks in the UK staff are very polite curteous and respond to communications No wonder Pakistan has not progressed

Warning Avoid Meezan Bank at All Costs
I ve had the misfortune of dealing with Meezan Bank and it s been a nightmare Their customer service is abysmal and they ve been involved in shady practices for far too long They ve unfairly blocked my account withholding a substantial amount of 10 million over a disputed sum of 90 000 that has since been resolved Despite the issue being settled they still refuse to release my funds I strongly advise everyone to steer clear of Meezan Bank and take their business elsewhere Their unprofessional conduct and disregard for customers rights are appalling

My payment will be stack for 6 days I will try to contact many time on your phone numbers but no one response I waste 500 amount of load to contact on your phone numbers no one pick up Send email on both complain emails but no response Message on your social media account but only get message your complain will be forward But wait for 6 days I can go bank but they ask they can help They ask contact our help line number If you not reply then I send complain state bank of Pakistan
