Ordered food from leeds rd on uber eats I waited 1 half hours for food called restaurant and I was advised that the delivery man had been to deliver and I wasn t answering my door and my phone was off when the delivery man tried to call The man I spoke to told me to get a refund from uber I asked him to cancel the order on uber eats which he said he would but he did not I called the restaurant again to ask him to cancel it he said he would cancel it 3 hours later he still hasn t cancelled it AVOID THESE SCAMMERS

Unprofessional Staff No good food Very Honestly
I visited Pepe s Hayes Today the price is expensive than Pepe s Southall the rice quantity is less than the portion which is normally served the taste is just like ordinary chicken rice from any local brand The customer service was not impressive as colleague was explaining although we are expensive than Pepe s Southall that is head office policy but our food is much better than Southall Not impressed at all with the service and taste of the food I genuinely tried to review unbiasedly I have been regular customer of Pepes Southall since 2009 and I still want to continue that custom even though Hayes Pepes is much closer to me SORRY HAYES PEPES

The food was absolutely disgusting I don t know what everyone is raving about My 2year old could have put something better that that You gave disgusting garlic mayo which I didn t select i selected 7up and you gave Pepsi And to top it off the food was soooooooooo late and cold Horrible experience Never again

I was not very satisfied to come home from 20 min drive to find missing wings I was further disappointed when I realised I am unable to ask for a refund through the app or email there is no way of contacting the store I tried ringing the number provided but it rang with no answer so I m using this as my way of contacting and hoping I can get my refund of 7 58 for the hot and mild wings I paid for

What a cowboy company
What a cowboy company They totally messed up my order at the Telford branch Told me to come to store and pick it up when I paid for the delivery then told me the delivery is out when I arrived at the store Highly unprofessional staff who have no idea about customer service This branch got fined 18 000 for producing a toxic smell which residents complained about When the food finally arrived the chicken was chewy the drinks were wrong along with all the sauces Would not recommend this branch and would avoid at all costs They apologised and refused any other kind of compensation

Absolutely disappointing
I have had the most disappointing experience since Pepe s opened in Wembley Central Once a week I have been ordering my chicken salad there and I have noticed that the portion was reduced the garlic sauce became just half size but it was still ok ish In this evening first they burned my chicken black pieces of chicken on my salad - trying to convince me that is just well done after they gave me boiled chicken pieces with sauce on it and third time when they ve got it right in a way I have realised that I am eating a chicken soup instead of chicken salad - actually they ve put three times the hot meat with more and more sauce on the same vegetable salad The lettuce seemed to be cooked rather than fresh and crunchy All they ve said was that they were sorry Anyway maybe it is time to look for new places where I can eat and spend my money They were literally making fun of my food and my money

I had an extremely disappointing
I had an extremely disappointing experience with this restaurant I ordered food late at night with an estimated delivery time of 35 minutes but it took nearly 2 hours for my order to arrive When the food finally got here it was completely inedible cold burnt and clearly of poor quality The delay in delivery was bad enough

PEPES OLDHAM Just placed an order for 5 people for over 50 food delivered COLD burgers BURNT spoke to Hussain the MANAGER and he said oh well if I microwaved food and it s not his problem Told me to leave a review and that he wasn t prepared to help with the order Staff rude and dismissive and I definitely WOULDNT recommend Please share as Hussain didn t care about customer service and was rude as soon as he came on the phone

COLD UNCOOKED CHICKEN NOT FRESH WE Went into the restaurant this evening as a family of 4 sadly the chicken was rubbery and by no means fresh and felt like it had all been thrown together to the point I took the food back up to the counter to speak with a manager Zak who point blank didn t want to do anything about it I d say the chefs need proper training and the manger a refresher course on customer service baring in mind I hadn t even asked for a refund of any kind so where does this I m not bothered attitude come from I WOULDNT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE THERES SO MANY BETTER OUTLETS IN YORK TO EAT FROMTHIS IS NOT THE RUNNINGS OF A HALAL BUSINESS
