Mid century accent chair

Ordered a mid century accent chair having searched the net for similar items Found this one which needed no assembly and appeared a decent quality and price I ordered and then looked at some of the reviews I am pleased to say that my experience has been superb Got another 15 off it was delivered on time with a time slot that was perfect before I started off to work Finally the quality of the chair is top notch with no damage Can t praise them enough and would definitely use again Thank you

Great product and service

We ordered a new TV unit and we chose Perch and Parrow because they had what looked like a good balance of price and quality They also had a decent Black Friday discount Communication was excellent we received a WhatsApp from the courier around a week before the delivery to confirm our details and ensure we would be at home to collect The lads that came to deliver arrived on time and were amazing Our house it at the top of two flights of steps and they brought it with no issues and a really positive attitude Once we got the TV unit inside we noted that the packaging was brilliant everything was tied down and other than having to screw on the legs the unit was fully assembled In terms of quality it s perfect so much so that we are going to order a matching coffee table It really is a premium hardwood product light years ahead of other places we looked like IKEA and Next home

Wonderful product armchair and customer service

We recently bought a chair from Perch and Parrow which we selected online The despatch was a little longer than anticipated by a couple of days but Tara kept us very well informed all throughout Thank you so much Tara The chair arrived today and we are delighted with it Just as in the photos The delivery people Arrowxl were also brilliant they communicated kept us informed and delivered on time with care What s more to say Other than thank you Perch and Parrow for a wonderful product with style and great customer service

Customer service received from this company was exceptional The item ordered was received promptly and very well packaged Unfortunately the product wasn t as expected and we decided we wanted to return the item The customer service to organise this was fabulous probably because it is a British based company with very efficient human beings dealing with any issues E mails were replied to very quickly and the courier organised We will definately look at this companys furniture on line in future as cannot fault the service received and felt very reassured to be dealing with them Can highly recommend
