One of the items I purchased was not what I was looking for I returned it but had not received a refund for a while After an email exchange with Usman he was able to check on the return and process the refund After 10 working days I still had to received the refund Usman responded within 30 minutes letting me know there was a backlog and escalated the refund with finance due to the extra wait - this was then processed within 48 hours Usman was very helpful and responsive and made the experience easy

Casentino Wool Over Shirts and Customer Service

Ordered two casentino wool over shirts and have been very happy with the look quality and comfort I ve also received complements on them every time I wear one A few weeks after I bought them the shirts went on sale so I reached out to customer service and they were actually able to process a partial refund for the difference as a courtesy The shirts are great and so is Percival s customer service

The clothes are great Annoyingly had to order the 2 sizes I wanted in separate orders my own fault as I left it too late and they both restocked at separate times Fortunate enough that they restocked close enough together that customer service sorted me out so I didn t have to pay twice for delivery The responded almost instantly to my query and delivery was really fast too Not directly Percival s doing but the courier even rang me when my doorbell didn t work rather than leaving a note which was handy too

Excellent Service and a very high quality mac I bought a Greyson Trench navy from Percival s online store and I could not be happier with it The coat is spectacular It s extremely well made with an excellent cut and fit and some lovely detailing I have something of an obsession when it comes to macs I have bought budget macs and designer macs - this one is absolutely top tier I would definitely buy from Percival again

Percival are by far the best Menswear retailer around They offer the best customer service I ve ever experienced and make some of the most unique items of clothing on sale anywhere If you are thinking of shopping with them but are yet to do so I would emplore you to go and order right now

Great looks greater service

Really like the quality and look of the purchases I ve made to date Had one issue with an item that arrived with a small stain but after only a few messages with Alfie a customer service advisor I was able to resolve this issue Alfie was understanding quick to respond and offered a more than fair solution to my issue - such that I will be shopping with Percival frequently going forward

Great Customer Service

Despite issues with Shipping and Returns the product as well as the customer service dealing with my problems was top tier I was very happy with the outcome and will be sure to shop again Only comment would be that the top had a label which wasn t in the pictures but that is just a small gripe
