Package left outside in pooing rain we were home and there is ample area to have left them under cover in full view next to where package had been left Package was soaked through

I ordered a Cat Igloo bed with an exterior colour of Grey but the exterior colour of what was deivered was White I contacted the vendor who advised me that the manufacturer sends the product inside out I advised the vendor that sending a delivery note explaining that would have saved me thinking it was wrong and saved my and their time in correcting the problem

Let down by courier who failed to deliver when time allotted In defence Percy Products did contact courier who turned up very late at night and obviously annoyed at having to do so

I ordered 2 Kong dog harnesses In fairness I have had great trouble locating these as I suspect they have been discontinued I could not believe my luck I paid premium postage and never heard anything following acknowledgment of the order I contacted but then received a response that they were out of stock I was offered a refund or to wait until they came back into stock I took the option of the refund I had to make contact a few times to get this processed Just a little frustrating Thanks for letting me know Much appreciated
