The item arrived promptly However when i contacted the supplier asking about a return I only received in response conforming my email had been received I am still waiting for a reply to my email 6 says later

I ordered 2 items but only one arrived I complained and was told perhaps something had happened with the delivery getting damaged and they would send the other in the new year because of the xmas delivery delay I am still waiting I will update the review if the other one ever turns up The item turned up this week 15th Jan

Good products but delivery was left on the floor outside the stables No notification was sent and anyone could have stolen the goods which were expensive Have complained to Percy s pets but have not had an acknowledgment
