Ordered 6 Hyde color edition plus disposables One came half empty due to leaking out all in the pack then stopped working after half a day of use and would rarely hit on any adjusted airflow Another one had a literal crack in the side of the vape up towards the pod and would profusely leaked if used Another two died within a day of use with clearly milliliters of juice are still in the pod Needless to say all my order were perfect up to this point but this is garbage I m done with this company 0 4 on a damn disposable vape I m dreading opening seeing what issues the last two I have left have Ridiculous Do not order Hyde disposables from this company I wish I could give this zero stars but as that is not an option so here you go perfect vape

Seemed like a good company First order was slow to ship but arrived Second order never came Company phones don t work or they simply hang up on you Emails say they will get back with you but they never do If you finally get hold of someone they are rude arrogant and seemingly uneducated They act like they re doing you a favor by losing your order but taking your money

This company waited three days to send my order to me Have waited ten days and have yet to receive my package Called them and they basically told me too take care of it myself in tracking down my order I will never be ordering from this company again and would highly suggest that anyone should not order from this company

I ordered two micro USB chargers over a week ago and never received a confirmation email I emailed them a week ago and asked for confirmation and they haven t responded I will give it a few more days and will dispute with my bank if I don t hear anything It s not a large sum of money but it s my money and the fees they will pay for the chargeback dispute are more than my order is even worth so they re better off just doing what s right and sending what I paid for and they need a lesson in customer service You took my money immediately and now a week later and I haven t received confirmation and they won t respond I should have read reviews before ordering from them

Horrible Service I didn t receive my vapes I had ordered and I contacted the company to get a shipping update They stated that they would send an email with shipping updates from stamps com but that email was never received by me and I still haven t gotten it After contacting the post office and perfect vape after a MONTH Perfect vape refuses to give me a refund or credit me when they re the ones who fuckeddd up I was supposed to get ID d as well upon delivery but I didn t because perfect vape is illegally selling vapes to minors That s my conclusion since they decided to be greedy and selfish Horrible company do not buy

Horrible customer service Out of 10 items orders I received 9 and 5 were leaking faulty Who doesn t have phone support So I emailed at their request Their policy is to notify within 48 hrs which I did They claim I received them 5 days ago and will not act on the complaint I ve been a loyal customer with no prior issues until now I filed a complaint with the BBB in which they already have a horrendous rating
