Good customer service but their communication is extremely lacking Never received updates about my shipment a week after waiting with no info whatsoever I had to initiate contact to find out there was a leaking problem with a tester bottle I ordered After a few back and forth they mailed me the non tester bottle instead which was nice of them

I am very pleased with the service and prices somewhat unfortunately most of the times items are sold out or problems with delivery However it always gets resolved Prices can be a bit more competitive compared to other discount online fragrance retailers but it is what it is if you like collecting colognes

This was my first time ordering from them I spent over 150 They didn t ship my order in 48 hours or less as promised I sent them a reminder on the 3rd day Then a few days later I noticed that they had charged me twice for the package insurance To top off my displeasure they tried to force me to install SHOPIFY and give it access to reading all of my emails in order to have shipping alerts sent to me I didn t allow it but managed to get shipping alerts anyhow Since the products ordered arrived as advertised I give them 3 stars for that

Nice perfume and great service from perfume online Canada but I find out that it s often at 20 at my local pharmacy so it s less expensive to buy it locally than here and have to pay the shipping fees in addition to the selling price

It took over a week to find out that order has not been shipped because a bottle was leaking what if I had never emailed 3 times to know whats happening Replies took a bit longer too but the received product is genuine Little disappointed as it was my first time and probably the last time but I am happy I finally received the product

orders well received the 1st was only 3 days but the second was delayed 2 days later it worried me about the 1st order which was so fast and very satisfactory I am very disappointed for my 2nd order that I did not expect at all on the D G light blue intense On the other hand very satisfied for the ferragamo uomo

Took a couple weeks to get my order Didn t get any shipping updates almost the entire time Contacted customer service after five days of not getting updates They said they d look into it and get back to me They never got back to me The only reason I gave three stars was I eventually got my order and the fragrances was authentic If you can t find what you want anywhere else maybe give them a try Other than that I d go somewhere else

I have not gotten a refund for sending the package of perfume back neither for the perfume or the postage You were however quick to respond to my initial email but slow with the follow through

Customer service not good Exchange return policy not clear on the website Return policy after inquiring not great either Only plus is that most of the products are as described Definitely will be looking into other companies with customer friendly policies
