I have ordered some of the most beautiful and unique dresses from Petal Pup this past year The incredible customer service though I value equally as much I recently ordered a dress and paid full price without even flinching because I trust the quality The item ended up going on sale a few days later so I reached out inquiring if they would honor the discount price And They did without any hesitation I even received a personal email from them letting me know Simply put they have my loyalty

Amazing Customer Service

I made a mistake on my shipping information and the Petal Pup team was so helpful USPS was entirely useless in helping me locate my package and after following up with them several times they ultimately said it must have been returned to sender and I was SOL So I reached out to P P and they issued me a refund immediately so I could order myself a new dress They even comped my shipping for the hassle even though they did nothing wrong I will be recommending them to my friends and family for every occasion So blown away by their kindness When talking to a P P rep it feels like you are actually talking to someone who wants to help you 11 10

My package was running a little late so I reached out to customer service to check on the order They responded quickly and let me know everything was on schedule but they would track it too I then got an email that they were refunding my shipping because it took longer than expected Wonderful customer service They continued to monitor my order even after our conversation I was helped by Sonia

I have only had the best experience with this store I was unfortunate enough to buy some clothes that didn t fit when I didn t realise they had a no refunds policy It was a large order but there was nothing else I wanted to exchange the items for The lady who I emailed ended up refunding my order and being so lovely and understanding They still have a human approach and understand that this is the way to keep customers I have ordered more since then and always have a positive experience Highly recommend
