Not a free service

I can t really remember how this purchase went because it s been over two months but as far as I know all went well I did note that I didn t get anything that confirmed that my cat was registered to me That would be helpful just to be sure everything was correct

The only reason I gave 4stars was

I purchased a puppy in September and she is chipped From the way the breeder explained this service I was under the impression that it was free I was given the information and was asked to follow through so that my name would be associated with her chip number After completing the form I learned that there was a fee for the service It wasn t outrageous but I would have appreciated knowing up front that it wasn t a free service

The only reason I gave 4stars was because the price was misleading and very confusing I ended up paying for a tag which I didn t need and for the micro chip I had to call and cancel once I realized my error The way it was worded when I made the purchase was misleading

I like the fact that you have the choice to pay a one-time fee for forever instead of a yearly fee Also They did call to check if my dogs were found ok

I feel so much safer having a fur baby now If she ever gets out I know she can be identified

Easy to use but was not aware there are numerous other companies offering the same service

I d give a higher rating but hope to never make use of the service

Hope I never have to rely on PetKey to help find my dog if he gets lost but its nice to know PetKey is here to help should it become needed

It was an adequate fishing camp The owners were nice and it provided a nice place to stay in while we went skiing

Only 4 stars just because it was the chip that came with my puppy I had no choice of another company Not sure it works But it was an easy registration and I liked the extra copies of the chip numbers
