After waiting 2 plus months for the compass I ordered for a birthday gift which didn t arrive on time it was scratched and had fingerprints all over it and just looked dirty When I took it out of the bag to see if I could clean it up I find out that it doesn t even open DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY on buying from this company

Do not order from them I placed an order before christmas December 16th I did not receive my order until January 19th I ordered a trucker key chain that was to go to my boyfriend from his kids they sent me a carriage which looked nothing like what I ordered I sent 2 emails just to hear back from someone all to be told they can only offer me a 20 refund based off the purchase price not even off the full price I paid When I requested for a full refund or replacement of my item they said I would only get a full refund after I sent the order back to some address in China when their website has an address listed in the United States This company is a scam and can not even deliver what their own website is advertising

I bought an item on September 22nd

I bought an item on September 22nd 2020 A very personal item for my girlfriend It s the very first Christmas gift I got for our first Christmas together I was like if I order in September it s going to be on time for the holidays right Wrong I have a useless tracking number I wrote 3 or 4 emails there s no phone number or anything to reach them I think it s a scam We all should report it to social media so that other people like us won t get robbed by them

No response from the company

I placed an order last week late at night Early the next morning I saw that shipping time was extended and I would not get it in time I immediately tried to contact the company to cancel my order but they will not respond I have now left 4 emails as of this morning I have already gone another avenue so do not wish to receive this order anymore but cannot even get the company to respond to me which I see is a common theme by other reviews It is very irritating and I definitely will not be ordering from this company in the future

Terrible customer service

I ordered two items on 11 24 2020 received a confirmation email and a shipping email on 11 30 2020 I understood it could take up to 4 weeks and haven t thought a lot about it but now these are the only gifts I m waiting on I checked the shipping info only to be redirected to a website that says on 11 30 2020 China to United States Having no further updates in 2 weeks and the site stating they are located out of Minnesota I was concerned and contacted them via email 3 days ago and have yet to receive any type of response I care less about receiving the items on time and more about just receiving them in general I understand it s the busy season however it s been almost 5 weeks at this point Terrible customer service Will never use them again or recommend them

I ordered October 22nd I m in a long distance relationship and this gift was extremely important for Christmas I did read it can take up to 4 weeks but ordering 8 weeks in advance I felt like it s more than enough time Now stores have closed and I m stuck without a gift and was told the gift was lost and a replacement would be ordered Still nothing and now no response by email

Scam

I should have checked the reviews before making a purchase My order apparently was shipped over a month ago but that s all the tracking shows No updates since then I sent at least 3 emails about this and got no replies whatsoever This is terrible customer service Never again

While I just ordered multiple items from this company I am starting to wonder if I should have or not I have sent the company multiple emails to try to cancel an order that I made a mistake in the personalization but have not heard back from the company and I sent them all within their 24 hr cancellation limit Looking at Amazon and Etsy I am realizing how much I over paid Hopefully I will get my items soon or I am just going to call my credit card company and have them cancel the payments because Amazon sure can and has better customer service Y all don t even provide a number to call for help Save y alls money
