Initially placed an order on 4 12 2022 my payment via Paypal was taken immediately and I would be informed when the order was despatched Though I fully accept a company can have problems with stock availability and there are UK Royal Mail problems I have e-mailed the company on several occasions requesting an update to no avail Next move is to phone if and when you can eventually find a contact number so could be more expensive in time and money than the cost of the initial problem

I ordered in October 2022 and I have not received my package yet After inquiries from Hermes I was told to follow it through Farmacyclub but customer service has not answered my emails yet I asked to repeat the order or return the money back but the company don t want to find a solution

Incorrect item received and they have failed to respond after many emails
I ordered a box of 25 cholesterol test strips from PharmacyClub yet only received a box of 5 Upon receiving the smaller box I immediately sent them a photo of the item and included a copy of my original order They have failed to respond I have contacted them four times in total now and have yet to receive any response I can see from these reviews that this is a common complaint I will never use this company again and would urge others to look elsewhere If there is a problem with your order you will not be offered a solution and will simply be ignored Shop elsewhere Edit Your response is categorically untrue I emailed on 29th April 6th May 10th May and 15th May 2023 I received one automated response to which I replied immediately and have had no response

This company is a scam
This company is ridiculous I received a faulty serum with the bottle all broken they asked me for photos I sent all the photos requested one month ago replying to their email address which they say is a no reply address but it s neither mentioned in the email nor in the email address when it s a no reply it says noreply I ve been waiting for a reply for 1 month and never got an error message back which means the message was delivered and now they say they cannot do anything because it s been a month They sent a faulty product and they use this as an excuse to not make a refund Please do not purchase with them they are a scam company

Faulty products and no customer assistance
I received a serum which was faulty I tried to get in touch with the company by phone but they NEVER pick up I sent a contact request from their website and it took them 10 days to get back to me asking for photos which I sent not receiving any errors in the delivery of the email therefore I assumed they received it Then they come back to me saying that they cannot offer a refund as 30 days have gone by It seems to me like a good strategy to avoid refunding customers Please note my purchase was worth 79 and the serum all ended up in the carriage box therefore I received an unusable empty bottle Their customer assistance denotes lack of care no wonder why their products are faulty

Hello there I bought only tooth paste and after delivery I checked my receipt I see very specific payment shipment supplement - 26 What did I pay for I ask about that by email and till now nobody answered me 2 days So I m still waiting the answer and want my money back

Sent wrong item I ordered the toothpaste that said Plus and they sent the regular after they emailed me saying there was nothing wrong with my order even though I emailed a picture of what I received Never again will order from you Second Comment after you posted this on my review I did send you pictures of the item on your website where clearly shows the PLUS in red and also send you pictures of the ones I received and they don t have the PLUS in red

I was super excited to try the vitamin c serum however after two days of using I broke out and it burned my skin Every place I have bought products for you re allowed to return if it doesn t suit your skin This company does not allow returns I can no longer use the product and it s such a waste I ll never order from this site again or recommend this site to anyone

They do this strange this where they add delivery surcharges on top of the delivery charges Mine put together was a whopping 18 CHF for a cart value of 104 CHF So 17 Never have I had to pay that much for delivery I did write to their customer service and their response was unsatisfactory below For the record I don t live in the middle of nowhere and deliveries have never costed this much All the information they refer to turned out to be just a line stating supplementary shipping charges on the bill I ll avoid this shop We would like to inform you that you find all the information regarding the shipping supplement in the cart before proceeding to check out some additional charges might be added to the shipping costs if your order exceeds the dimensions weight established for standard parcels and or if the delivery address is considered a remote area by the shipping company selected

I received a blood glucose meter which showed foreign readings and all the instructions were written in a foreign language I have sent the company 2 messages and have not heard back from them I don t know how to return and the product is unusable
