I received the wrong items

I received the wrong items I contacted customer support they were insistent the correct ones were sent out and asked for photos I sent the photos no response in over a week Very dissatisfied with their service In the meantime I m still stuck with the wrong items and this has been a huge waste of time

I received a serum in a bottle that was completely open with the serum all spilled out and the drawing pipe broken in a half I wrote multiple emails only after 4 weeks they replied asking for photographs and then they disappeared again No reply to my emails or phone calls Completely unreliable and non serious company please do not purchase anything with them

Wrong product

They sent out the wrong thing product Instead of sending the La Roche Posay anthelios XL sunscreen they sent out the UVMune sunscreen instead which I am allergic to I sent them a photo and asked for a return They declined this because I had opened the box which is a simple tab They did not supply a return address to reply to their comment This is unacceptable and I would NOT recommend buying from them

It is a scam

It is a scam Be careful I placed an order I got an order confirmation and the money got withdrawn After that I never got a shipping confirmation or any information on delivery When contacting them they claim the package has gotten lost and that it is not their fault and since then they do not answer my emails

I send three messages to customer service center about how to return the product but NO respond At the same time I followed the instructions on how to return step by step but failed unable to send message out I don t know what to do anymore

I bought a Sesderma- Samay antiaging cream from this site It arrive yesterday I opened the and the seal was placed on top but not seal On top of that is not the original product container since I have an original that just run out It s a scam Don t buy from this company The consistency look different colour of the cream as well I tried a bit on a part of my my face and it started burning It is 100 a fake product I have just finished the original that I bought in Spain and had Zero problems
