What I received was not what I ordered

One of the products arrived clearly used opened So far I haven t heard back from customer service about this issue

No what I expected

I tried to contact customer service for my lost package but the phone number for the customer service never works I sent a contact form but never got a reply I have contacted Fedex about my lost package but Fedex told me that only the shipper could file a claim Update The customer service eventually replied my email and told me that the package was sent back to the shipper Now the package is sent via FedEx again Got a delay of the shipping but hopefully the package will finally arrive

Bottle of sesderma leaking

Hi there the package received had the bottle of sesderma hydroquine gel getting leak at top around the pumping unit Some amount had already leaked in the package too It s such an expensive buy Need a replacement package as it leaks every time I pump the cream out Hair serum was fine though

Order placed more than 1 week ago In the end products were delivered App 3 weeks after purchase I sent several e-mails to PharmacyClub and also used contact formular online it took a week before they replied

Product with few months to expire

I bought 04und suncream protection original product yes but the the expiration date will be in 5 months the should specify the expiration date of they products in the web site I ll throw 2 of suncream

Product picture not updated The product which arrived had different design and language printed on it I still can t be 100 sure if it actually is the same exact product I ordered Shipping was wonderfully fast even though coming from Spain Not the most environmentally friendly way of ordering sunscreen It was in the US in less than 4 days

I got my package on time the only thing is that everything was in Spanish Not really sure what happened but I was disappointed had to google translate the box instructions and the results
