Great support team

It was a long 3 hours but I have to give it to Phoenix Automotive I had 3 issues 1 No back up Camera2 No Sound from YouTube or Netflix 3 No Am Fm display Camera was easy just needed to tie the wiresFor the Sound please remember to plug in the AUX cable in your car to make sound workThe display took the longest it was in the parameters It was set to 4 we set it to 3 and it centered it Great support team and learned a lot Thank you again
