Placed an order for the signed 2024 1 2 scale senna helmet and they cancelled my order because i had some questions regarding it and still after a week and half they have still not paid me my full refund back after sending them numerous emails and ignoring them There customer service is shocking

Just a follow up to let people know that i have still not received the remainder of my refund and they have all the relevant information they requested but are now ignoring my emails again There customer service is awful and yet it was them that cancelled my order and still can t pay me back my full refund

Placed an order for a signed 1 2 scale helmet in which i sent emails wile the order was being processed to find out further information on the product to then hear that pierre gasly mother pascale has cancelled my order and refunded my money but refunded me 12 short and i m now having to send numerous emails to try claim back what they have not paid me correctly and i m not getting a response This is a shocking website with a dreadful customer service

The shipping was very fast to Australia I received my package before the expected delivery date The helmet was packaged very well and I m very excited that the driver card was actually signed in sharpie and not printed on thereAnd I love the helmet it looks awesome Thank you

My favourite driver merch store
I love ordering merch from Pierre s shop The website is user friendly the products are fantastic it always arrives so quickly Everything is such good quality and looks great I m so proud to be a Team Gas member and get the extra perks as well The only downside is that the delivery company they use for Canada means that I m also charged duties import fees so it can be a tad expensive But that s no fault of their own and I will continue to order
