Our sink was constantly getting blocked and water would drain so slowly that doing the washing up or using the washing machine was a nightmare Billy from Pimlico Plumbers immediately saw that the problem was with amateur pipework installation He refitted the pipes to make the water flow better and now the nightmare is finally over The work was a bit pricey but absolutely worth it you pay for quality Would definitely hire Billy again he was very professional and knowledgeable he knew what he was doing every step of the way

Initial call with the booking guy was very pleasant and informative Gave me an afternoon eta and realised that when all other engineers were caught up on other jobs they still managed to send me someone last minute who wasn t even meant to be working Received genuine and expert advice after our boiler broke down and options of what to do and costs - there was no pressure just a recommendation with health and safety at the forefront Due to personal circumstances we had to leave our engineer in our house to work throughout the rest of the day he picked up the hardware and came round Sunday morning finishing the job as promised We have been really pleased with the service end to end

Andrew O Connor returned again to our house to replace more of our downlighters Andrew is a pleasure to have around-works very efficiently always cleans up afterwards and has a very friendly and positive attitude-basically does an excellent job overall We continue to ask for him whenever we need any electrical work done Pimlico should be proud to have him as an employee

Oliver is a great plumber

Oliver was very polite and kind and explained through everything he was doing was about to do We called out a plumber due to a leaking radiator He went above and beyond He fixed the leaking radiator and checked the entire central heating system He had all tools required and waited until all radiators were warming up again before leaving just in case
