Not sure about the seriousness of this business They call you 3-5x times a day and offer you to pay 500 Euros instead of 1400 Euro for saving your data when you give them 5 stars on trustpilot and a video how happy you are that they saved your data Highly recommended if you want to get rid of your money

I was truly surprised by a fast response on my request for help I got email instruction of what I need to do they provided me with a shipping label and a follow up with a phone call They kept me informed in the process all the way to the end They were VERY professional Thanks

100 data recovered and very quickly
In less than 2 months the original disks containing all the photos from more than 10 years died When also the backup disk failed within a week there was only an option to contact the experts to recover so many important memories Luckily PITS experts were able to recover the 100 of the data Yes it is expensive but totally worth it

Professional and Quick Service
I turned to PITS after my hard-drive stopped working and a local PC-repair shop were unable to help restore the data PITS were able to recover the data I was looking for and sent me them on an external hard-drive They have amazing technology and provide a very competent and quick service to rescue me from my own carelessness The service is not cheap but in my case good value for the price and the main payment is only due if successful
