I wish I could give 0 star I needed the API key for a project so I purchased the product But then I realised they actually didn t provide the API key to you automatically so I requested for a refund because I paid for a service that wasn t delivered in a timely manner Waited a day to hear back and they emailed the API key to me Tried the API key 403 error Then the team told me to take a screenshot so they could refund me I did but then they told me to try it again as the key worked on their end Frankly as a customer all trust is gone and the fact that I had to email them 10 emails just for a simple service that I paid for shows they genuinely do not care about customer experience By the end I got my refund finally and I also got a very condescending reply from their CS team Actually we don t want you to debug for us we give you cURL example for connecting and yes we are seeing you are not interested in our tool If you simply write an email that you don t want to use our tool and API we will refund you very next email This is all email and communication We just want to tell you that our API is working well and perfectly we give a little advice next time if you want any refund from any tool you have paid just tell them the truth Your refund is proceed now and it will take 3 to 5 working days to appear in your account Genuinely do not understand why this company still exists
