Scam They advertise a code to waive the 95 signup fee and then charge you for it anyway hiding the stipulations in an email that will go to your junk folder Then they give you the runaround when you ask for a refund until you re outside the time limit to be eligible Extremely dishonest company

I am a landlord the tenant paid late

I am a landlord the tenant paid late but paid within the month so rent reporters would mark it as paid and onetime becasue its paid within 30 days like a creditor this is not accurate the rent was late and i am not a creditor so no landlords should consider anything rent reporters report thus not accurate also they give you a choice 1 paid and paid on time or 2 not paid so it doesnt really matter when it is paid it could be 100 days later but to them it will be marked paid and paid on time thus rent reporters is a scam

Scam and Discrimination

This is a SCAM They continue to hold my application fee 94 95 despite them telling me the day prior that my home is ineligible for their service On 10 31 23 I signed up on 11 1 23 they told me my home is ineligible On 11 2 23 I asked them to reconsider and they said no Also on 11 2 23 they charged me On 11 3 23 I asked for my money back On 11 7 23 they told me I m too late to cancel I canceled within two days they require seven days max so I was well within their guideline They have violated their own terms of use and thus have discriminated against me Avoid them at all costs

COMPLETE SCAM

Complete scam my score did not increase one bit Idc what anyone says if they were legit 2 years of rent history added to my report should definitely up my score but it didn t even go up A point I didn t even know it was on my report didn t get an alert or anything which means they are no one to credit bureaus bug waste of money Put a support ticket in calling them tomorrow

If I cam give zero stars I would prefer that They randomly charge my card Even after a Payment has been paid I haven t seen a score increase And it s been almost a year now I received an email saying some fees would be waived But I was still randomly charged SCAM SCAM SCAM DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME I m hoping for some resolve from the company or I will pursue resolved by other means

RentReporters com is a complete scam that preys on unsuspecting customers Here s my frustrating experience I signed up for their service using my ITIN number which they initially accepted without issue When I submitted my documents for verification they suddenly claimed they do not accept ITIN numbers - after already taking my 50 payment Despite their error and misleading sign-up process they refuse to provide a refund hiding behind vague terms of service I ve been trying to resolve this for TWO MONTHS and they have been completely unresponsive The most infuriating part is their bait-and-switch tactic accepting my application with ITIN taking my money and then refusing service without a proper refund Their customer service is non-existent and their business practices are unethical Save yourself the headache and money - avoid RentReporters com at all costs

I signed up paid 119 00 got email stating my address is listed as commercial and can not be used they will not call the landlord to verify anything I canceled my account and asked for a refund Do not use this place

Buyer Beware

First of all you can never talk to anyone in person Secondly if you go through the online chat before you actually sign up they re very nice and tell you what you want to hear After I signed up however they sang a different tune When I requested a refund they referred me to the fine print of the contract As a result I lost over a 100 here and would caution you against signing with them Unethical and dishonest business in my experience
