Box arrived damaged I think it was sent in this condition

The box arrived with parts around the handle broken off There were no sign of the snapped off parts in the packaging so I suspect it was posted like this The box is still functional but the handle doesn t really work so it s disappointing to receive something damaged

incorrect inner measurements

The boxes that I purchased were stated to have an inside depth of 17cm Even when asking for help the customer service representative told me that the products I wanted to place inside the box would fit This turned out not to be the case as when I tried to close the lid on the box the entire lid bent and began to crush the items I wanted to store inside

Very efficient ordering and delivery Helpful drivers on delivery I ve ordered 3 times from Plasticboxshop and been very happy however the last delivery came with 1 damaged box and 1 damaged lid which I only discovered once I started to use the boxes Packaging was very good so the damage happened in the warehouse I imagine

Poor response to choice of bad Wham box

Chose Wham 24 L Crystal boxes for size Turned out to be a poor choice with lids that are too difficult to open The first two lids broke Promised two replacements but nothing arrived now expecting them all to be the same and have to use boxes without lids

I have given low marks because some of the products I wanted are not in stock This meant I had to pay a delivery charge which the company was not prepared to waive enven though I was prepared to place the full order and await delivery in due course Good products and nice people but their management systems are far too rigid

I received most of the order minus a brush from a set I phoned immediately more than a week ago and was told they would send a replacement I am still waiting Bad show The rest of the order was really good Pity Lost trust now Update Having posted this review I received an apology Today I received the missing brush We can all make mistakes thanks very much for rectifying so quickly Well done

There was a fault when my order was

There was a fault when my order was placed and it went through twice I contacted the sales team to cancel the order but they due to their working hours the order had already been dispatched I was told I could pay 1 less than the value of my whole order including postage to have it collected but that was all that could be done I just didn t feel this was good customer service and it definitely put me off buying from them in the future

Not in stock and no refund

Website told me my chosen boxes were all in stock after I d paid I received an email to explain some of the boxes were actually not in stock and I could have alternatives or a refund I opted for a refund and asked how long it would take - at this point I ve been waiting twice as long as I was informed it would take and still no refund The only positive part of my experience has been my emails have been replied to quickly

Product s alright but packing and delivery Hmm

No problem with the product it s an empty box after all However sending an A3 box 60mm deep in a carton approximately 505x404x400 mm is daft To make things worse their chosen carrier dumped the carton in my front garden over the Bank Holiday despite stating a signature was required We ll be using another supplier in future

I got them as per measurement on line but unfortunately they were too small so not the one s I was hoping to get As I am housebound cannot bother sending them back so am keeping them for another job I need to do The quality was rather good though and they looked very strong
