wham 9 01 trays

Ordered some wham 9 01 trays Dispatched quickly they are great and are doing the job I bought them for Storing herb spice jars and being able to lift them out of the cupboard to find them easily The delivery was fine - arrived a day later than expected as delivery firm had an issue but that didn t cause me any issues Would be good to have a chart showing all the different sizes of the wham trays boxes so that you don t have to look on each one on the website to find what size it is There are so many which is great but it takes a while to check them all

Placed my order but there were issues

Placed my order but there were issues with internet and it seemed to go through but I didn t get an email confirmation of my order After a week or so I hadn t had any notification of my order being despatched but it was on my account as having been ordered So I contacted them and there had been an issue with technology but the lady I spoke with was very apologetic and chased it for me and my order arrived 2 days later Great customer service and would recommend

Ordered 12 x12 scrapbook paper boxes to store 12x12 craft card paper Product as description and delivered in packaging to protect plastic boxes and on time Will use again and would recommend

Product arrived quickly

Product arrived quickly Unfortunately despite asking DPD to put it in a safe place DPD having sent a text asking for my delivery preferences they put it right on the doorstep in full view of passersby Had I not have arrived soon after delivery it might have been stolen

good tough box

Excellent quality product but lid clips a bit stiff for smaller fingers It s a gift for young nephew Even I found it difficult Hoping they get easier with use Delivery was with DPD so took ages sadly

usefulness of 80 litre boxes in the garden2

I hope to use the 80litre boxes for both my hydroponic brassica system and a new wormery They can also be used as cloches on my straw bales to guard against frost or continuous low night temps which we suffered in May June this year and last

Good responsive company Stupid courier DPD

No problem with products and good customer service when an item had to be replaced shame that the side was let down by idiot DPD couriers twice they were unable to follow simple Safe Place instructions where to leave deliveries

Wide selection of boxes Confusion over Yodel who are their final carriers although they use a middle man which means that I cannot select leave in a safe place as an option

These boxes aren t for transporting goods

These boxes do what they say on the box they are for home storage of goods of less than 10 kilos Unfortunately I bought them for transporting goods and a tore a handle on two of the five before I reinforced the handles and bottoms of the others Buyer beware you may need stronger double-walled boxes Plastic Box Shop I think you could help if you made this clearer

Good after sales service

This was the first time I had used plasticbox The delivery was quick and efficient Upon opening and unpacking we found one of the handles was broken I emailed the company and got a swift reply and a new handle was sent straight away Thank you for your good service
