It s potentially now nearly 3 months

It s potentially now nearly 3 months while we have been going through the verification process Awful communication from support Only to be told we re in the queue The fact there is no communication and we can t do anything about this really concerns me with the level of customer support they offer considering the high amount of transactions we were hoping to process on these cards

AVOID Go to CASHPLUS or similarOverly expensive at 100 month Poor customer service either CHATBOTs or numpties hard to tell what or who you re dealing with Appears impossible to close account have been trying for over two months and still paying 99 month Can t get money back guess in 4 months time they ll be requesting a top up to pay their bills Feel foolish for trusting them with our money If only there was a zero star option

Started the process Then had a call planned for a specific time and then when I called the call wasn t answered I got an about scheduling a call the following day to which I wasn t able to call I haven t heard anything since Despite their promises and ads I m not convinced It s been weeks since I started the process

Pleo have had funds held for a month

Pleo have had funds held for a month Unable to withdraw pay invoices or use card They claim it is technical issue and would be resolved within 15 days Now a month in and still not fixed or any proper update But pleo have no issues when comes to taking they re monthly subscription fee No technical issues with that side They take money with ease If could give zero stars I would UPDATEStill unable to use my account yet PLEO have managed to take out they re montly subscription fee from my balance with no issues at all Absolute pathetic excuses from Support and constant lies Daniel DJN CONSTRUCTION

Customer Support without call line

I just ordered some additional cards for my employees The avarage monthly spending through our card is around 30-40k and I swear the way they provide customer service is like prepaid top up telephone cards I had some issues with the card orders I have tried multiple times to reach them and there is no way you can connect to someone real There is no phone number either It takes half an hour to explain one simple thing Great product without a support they have to have a customer support line for sure

Two days before the break up from

Two days before the break up from Christmas our cards have suddenly stopped working completely out of the blue We have been trying to contact our account manager for two days to no avail Our organisation looks after young people in care - aged 16 18 - and the fact that our support workers have no access to cash during the Christmas New Year period is causing incredible levels of stress and worry As other recent reviewers have mentioned there seems to be huge problems and the affects this has on business are significant

Not great service

As a small charity we were looking for a way to better log our expenses Pleo sadly was not the best choice After topping up our account ready to use we had a small number of transactions and then our account was wiped of all the funds There was no phone number to contact and then after emailing they froze the account and then shut down our account After emails trying to chase the trail of what happened over several months they then informed us it was too late to put in a claim to Mastercard a process which hadn t been explained In fairness they might be better for larger organisations and the cards did arrive very quickly Sadly we are still out of pocket and this impacts our projects

There is a lot of red tape around the

There is a lot of red tape around the service It is all fine but when things go wrong for no obvious reason most of the time usually your funds are blocked you can t withdraw them you can t pay and you can t talk or reason with anybody Revolut business has a better alternative and works perfectly

We have had multiple issues with Pleo

We have had multiple issues with Pleo randomly changing the language on the app Not recognising Supplier invoice details and having to manually type them in each time Creating multiple Suppliers so you can t find the invoice An invoice stuck for 3 months despite consistently trying to resolve the issue customer support is non existent and if you want to close the account you can t you go around and around

Withholding my money from me

AVOID NOT RETURNING MY MONEY I have over 1700 in Pleo which I m unable to withdraw I tried making card transactions all which started to decline I tried to then withdraw my money back to my bank account and keep getting errors to contact support I contact support who tell me its a technical issue They refuse to do a manual bank transfer too I keep contacting support but get no help whatsover Would avoid them at all costs It s been a week I m unable to access withdraw or even spend my money
