We use Pleo for our church and charity and have done for a number of years Super reliable and everyone is very responsive The app is super user friendly The tutorials and FAQ help available is very accessible and easy to understand Pleo has been very consistent and we now make full use of all its features Thank you to Jozef who helped sort a query for us and Josh G who s been a great source of contact I used Pleo at my old work place and now here and I have no issues ever using it again Great appThey are always looking to improve which is great so apart from a few little additions I think would be good such as syncing invoices to budgets and personal allowances and personal allowances to be reset discretionally I e on a quarterly basis or bi-weekly I have no issues with Pleo However they should bring back that feature on exporting where it automatically has ticked the items that you have put a thumb up on to assist with that process

very swift action on fraudulent transactions refund

We were being spammed by several fraudulent transactions that Pleo found and stopped then contacted me to let me know of suspected fraudulent activity on my card I confirmed 8x fraudulent transactions and they sent over a form to complete which I did and we were refunded immediately Whole process from receiving the email to receiving refund only took a matter of a few business hours and was very simple to achieve

Pleo was pretty easy to set up including the Datev integration and it was flexible enough to tailor to our needs Over the past few months it has steadily improved Whenever we had an issue Inga James Zahra Sandro Igor Constance and everyone else on the support team responded within minutes which is amazing My team is happy with the straightforward payment options and the super-simple process for handling meal allowances Plus I always have a complete overview of all transactions on our Pleo credit cards and can instantly request any missing receipts though that s rare now because everyone scans their receipts directly through the app or send them via mail Pleo has radically simplified our accounting in no time and our accountant is thrilled too as he now only needs a few hours per month for our stuff instead of almost a week But like with any new tool you have to invest time in getting familiar with it and adjust your workflows to really get the most out of it

Connecting to Pleo to Xero

I am new to using Pleo and we had an issue connecting Pleo to our accounting software I reached out for help and Jozef helped me sort it out It wasn t an easy fix but he stuck with me until it was resolved - it was great to have that support
