The worst service I have ever seen from a B2B company There is no way to talk to anyone other than a chatbot They froze all my company cards I can t use our balance 1 000 and they won t give our money back I ve been trying to talk to someone responsible but no one has answered my emails for 2 months I don t recommend their service because their support is non-existent

Card virtual and physical frozen for no obvious reason meaning recurring business payments now bouncing Support still haven t figured it out after 3 days and go around in loops dealing with chatbots I ve found it next to impossible to resolve issues when they arise Will be looking to move to a competitor as worried about the lack of real support people we ve too much funds tied up presently and it s not fit for purpose for a business debit card provider

Trying to pay a provider with the invoice facility - took them 3 days to respond They tell me it s a technical issue and then say they will respond in 2-5 days Not reliable at all At this rate my providers won t work with me anymore

ery disappointed with Pleo s handling of a fraud case

I am deeply disappointed with my experience with Pleo Three months ago 1 600 was spent from my account in just 19 minutes across three different websites all without my authorization This is clearly a case of fraud yet despite multiple follow-ups Pleo has still not refunded my money The handling of this issue has been slow and ineffective Waiting three months to resolve such an obvious case of fraud is far from acceptable and it has left me feeling uneasy about putting any funds on my Pleo card in the future I expected a more professional and responsive approach to a serious issue like this Until Pleo takes full responsibility and resolves this I cannot recommend their service to others

Incompetent - Locked account - Frozen funds

I received an email with only two working days notice to update my company information a timeframe that is insufficient especially as I often travel Then over the weekend and without further notice I discovered my account had been blocked with funds still inside causing all payments to bounce I only became aware of the issue due to these bounced payments This situation has now persisted for over a week even though I sent them everything they needed and it is severely impacting my business operations Unfortunately all responses from the call center have been limited to scripted apologies and claims of understanding If they truly understood my account would have been unblocked by now

Useless for charities

Waited 2 weeks for any sort of response This was followed by a request for a ridiculous amount of personal information about charity trustees followed by another email telling me that my account was closed Basically don t bother with Pleo if you re a charity They won t work with you

Terrbile support waiting for weeks and nobody cares

Really terrible customer service The product itself is ok though not perfect but the level of customer service experienced is something else At this point I have been waiting over 3 weeks been passed over between teams multiple times got ZERO replies from their famed KYC team They are either slammed or incompetent In either case don t rely on this company to do much for you and avoid it altogether if you can there are better companies out there that might actually care about their customers

Really bad customer service

Really bad customer service I raised a complaint with customer services regarding my monthly billing and they dismissed it without any proper explanation They told me to follow up with my account manager if I wanted further information - which I did In the meantime they blocked the use of my cards without telling me - only to find out when I trid to use them They then said that they can t unblock them without going through a different verifications department Every time I try to call them the number is engaged Useless

A complete waste of time Look at their Instagram Likes turned off no comments DO NOT GIVE YOU TEAM DIRECT ACCESS TO SPENDING Completely unnecessary
