Pleo easy to recommend for international companies

Pleo gives us good flexibility across many international operations Easy to manage and in sum a time saving and efficient product Some minor technical issues from time to time reflecting that it is still a relatively new and fresh product But good response times

Unauthorised debit from our credit card

We had the case that money was debited from our card for goods that we had not ordered Jozef supported us well and responded immediately to our enquiry and worked to solve the problem We were refunded the full amount I give one star less because it took a little longer to get the refund Jozef was very keen to resolve the case quickly

After Sales Support - Pleo

Ability to understand my problem as a non-technical person and suggest advise on a solution Sonja even gave me alternatives to try which was helpful because it was simple and applies to any user The 1 small issue I had was the turnaround time for someone to get back to me but at the end of the day the support was more than I asked for Simple plain understandable response

Excellent support team

I ve had a few issues with Pleo logging into my account but in all fairness to their support team they ve always been very helpful Knocked a star off for the problems but 5 for the support team

Makes the expenses process so much easier

Using Pleo to manage our expenses is so much easier than before Upsides - Ease of use by both Employees and back officeDownsides - Cost although offset by the reduction in admin Cash having to be on deposit means that you are using your working capital rather than your employees credit card providers

We have been using PLEO for quite a

We have been using PLEO for quite a while generally without problems The moment we by mistake deposited a large sum into the account and requested it to be sent back PLEO support started falling apart It s been more than a week and they have still not refunded us Update the funds have been fully refunded The team has been proactive in reaching out to apologize which is very appreciated

Excellent Customer Service

I think Pleo is a bit too expensive for the services it provides But the customer service is brilliant I had a lovely lady called Constance who was so helpful and patient with my query Literally can t complain in that department

Non-authorised transactions

Our card was used for non-authorised transactions by people outside of our company We reached out to Pleo for this to be resolved and the process was incredibly smooth Jozef Brodala was extremely helpful with this and we won the case and received all of our money back

We are very happy with the support from

We are very happy with the support from Nikol Rej Notlev and Sofia Poulsen but the general support from the support team on everyday issues is not always working There are issues which we have highlighted several times but they have not yet been resolved

We had a problem with one of our visas

We had a problem with one of our visas being hacked and although the refund process took a little longer Pleo finally made the appropriate arrangements to receive the refund of all the fraudulent amounts through Jozef who kindly instructed us on how to do the process
